Anmol Knitters Pvt. Ltd. started manufacturing knitted fabrics, blankets and made ups for the Home Furnishing and Hosiery Industry. Today the group is the largest composite knitting and processing house in the region.

Our Process and Dyeing House has the distinction of being the largest in terms of Volume, installed Plant and Machinery and needless to mention the quality control.

Quality Policy / Processes
Orders are closely monitored from sampling to shipment. Status on sampling, production and shipment are transmitted to customers regularly. We maintain a pro-active approach towards identification of problem area and corrective measures are taken immediately to ensure timely deliveries. Our quality monitoring system pertaining to production has four stages as explained below:
PRE PRODUCTION CHECK PPC : Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories user materials etc. at this stage itself.
INITIAL PRODUCTION CHECK IPC : Customer’s specification and first finished products are checked against prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction.
DURING PRODUCTION CHECK DPC : Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality of production.
FINAL RANDOM INSPECTION FRI : Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed according to the international inspection standard. The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design, style, shrinkage, weight, gsm, accessories, appearance, feeling, marking, Colour, Labeling, assortments, workmanship, measurement, packing, etc.
All the procured yarn for our knitting purpose is 100 % tested at the spinning millstexturisers and checked in house lab as per the international yarn testing standards.
All the Greige knitted fabric is subjected to 100% inspection in accordance with our established quality inspection standards that are part of our quality management system.
During our fabric processing, we work in compliance with AATCC, ISO, DIN and BS standards and we also follow customer’s standard During our stitching and packing we follow the following standards AQL 2.5 – Online inspection AQL4.4 – Final random inspection Besides we also comply with customer’s supplied specifications.
Texturing – Latest Texturing Machine to make inhouse Polyster Yarn
Knitting – 80 latest imported circular knitting machines to produce 20 ton of knitted fabrics per day in PolarCoral Fleece Polyester Mink Single jersy fabrics
Dyeing – 25 soft flow imported HTHP dyeing machines have production capacity of 20 ton per day, dyeing capacity 50 to 800 kgs. Now installing Dornier Mercirising Machine for Tubler Fabric with continuous Bleaching range. Also padding on Bianco machine.
Printing – 2 Rotary printing machines, 3 flat bed-printing machines (90’’ width), fully computerized with combined capacity of 15 TPD.
Raising – 20 Machines.
Brushing – 2 Thermo Brush Design Machines up to 90”, 1 machine for antipill.
Polishing and Policutting – Three machines.
Embossing – 2 Machines.
Shearing – 4 Machines vollenweider with Pattern Cut Design, 84’’ to 125’’ width.
Stentering – 2 Machines for 90’’ and 110’’ width make monforts
Compacting – One Machine make Rukeh
Tubular – 1 Machine.
Tumbling – 13 Tumble Dryers.
Relax Dryer and Squeezer – One Machine in each.
Lamination - Foam lamination Korean make up to 96" width
Garment Washing – 10 Garment Washing Machines.
Quilting – 4 single head Quilting Machine, 1 Multihead quilting machine with Embroidery, one 6 colours Embroidery mc with seqium device, Polywadding Plant 4000kgs P.DAY with auto comforter filling.
Stitching Machine – 40 Machines of Juki.
Over lock Machine – 10 Machines of Yamato and Pegasus
Folding Machine – 40 Machines of Pegasus.
Shell Stitch Machine – 5 Machines of Million Special.
