Established in the year, 2003, our company, Anubhav Polymers, is engaged in the sphere of manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Plastic Automotive Components,Molded Automotive Components,Precision Automotive Components,Flexible Automotive Components. These are being widely used in automobile industry for two-wheeler, three-wheeler & four-wheeler vehicles.
The entire range is fabricated at our highly developed manufacturing unit that is equipped with latest technology and manufacturing machines. It allows us to provide an excellent range of components to our clients that offer superior performance during their applications. Further, to confirm to ISO standards, we conduct various tests at our quality-testing unit that is managed by efficient quality inspectors. We have team of researchers who are constant touch with our clients to understand their requirement. They help us in customizing our components as per the specifications, detailed by our clients.

Logistic
To ensure timely delivery of our consignments, we have established a full-fledged transportation facility. Apart from our own transportation facility, we have also tied up various C&F Agents, who assist us in delivering our consignments on time to our clients. Horizontal Injection Machine Leveraging on our robust infrastructure facility, we have achieved production capacity of 10-15 lacs components per month, which presently is 4-7 lacs components per month. We follow systematic maintenance process in order to keep our machines in good working condition. Our maintenance process is carried out in following manner: - Through inspection of Mechanical part & electrical equipments
- Change of electrical /electronic & mechanical parts as per the log book of each & every Machine
- All the moving parts are property greased & property oiled to ensure smooth service
