Customised PVC boots/shrouds for control panels and bus bars. Aptly covers the joints and reduce the losses and ensure safety. They are reusable thanks to the button rivetting system and are custom made for intricate profiles. 11-34 kv variants are available with good fire retardancy and ageing properties.

Thread & Tip protection of big pipes, tools and assemblies had always been an impossible task due to non availability of the required size closures.  Preetham has PVC dip moulding infrastructure for design, development and mass production of such closures in PVC tailor made to the specific requirement.  Glossy and attractive unbreakable by characteristics these caps can be customized and supplied in a very short span of 7 – 10 days at a toolings cost of less than 10% of usual costs.  For high volumes these arrangements are free of cost.

 

The process capability is from 2mm to 400mm dia with a thickness of 0.8 to 10mm.   They can be produced in a wide choice of color, finish and hardness.  These glossy bright vinyl caps also add more aesthetic value to products.  Preetham Products supplies many sizes ex-stocks under the brand name “dipcap”
