An ISO 9001-2000 certified unit, we got established in the year 1989 at Faridabad, Haryana. With the service support of our sincere and well trained human resource, we have earned recognition in field of aluminum alloys ingots & pressure die casting components.
We began our journey as manufacturers of aluminum alloy ingots with the help of coke fired pit furnaces. In the year 1992, to increase our production capacity, we installed oil fired rotary type furnace with capacity of 1 ton. This helped us to increase our production capacity up to 10 times higher than that of gravity furnace.
Presently we are meeting the growing demands for aluminum & zinc components with the help of our own pressure die casting machine having capacity of 80 Ton, 120 Ton & 180 Ton. Further our customer oriented approach also ensures that only superior quality products reach our clients.

What is die-casting?
Die casting is a fast, cost-effective
manufacturing process for production of high volume, net-shaped,
tight tolerance metal components. The process of die casting includes
injection of molted material under high pressure into a steel mold
(or tool), which solidifies rapidly to form a net shaped component.

Die-casting can be done using a cold chamber or hot
chamber process.
Cold Chamber Process:
Molten metal
is ladled into the cold chamber for each shot.
Takes less
time exposure
Particularly
useful for metals such as aluminum, and copper (and its alloys) that gel easily
with Iron at the higher temperatures.
Hot Chamber Process:
Pressure
chamber is connected to the die cavity immersed permanently in the
moltenmetal.
Inlet port of
the pressurizing cylinder is uncovered as the plunger moves to the
open(unpressurized) position.
This allows
a new charge of molten metal to fill the cavity.
Used for
metals of low melting point and high fluidity such as tin, zinc, and
lead that
tend not to
alloy easily with steel at their melt temperatures.
Common Alloys in Die Casting :
Predominantly aluminum, zinc and copper alloys are used in
die-casting.
Aluminum:: Is rarely cast due to high shrinkage and susceptibility to hot
cracking. It is alloyed with:
Silicon – It increases melt fluidity and
reduces machine-ability.
Copper – IT increases hardness, reduces
ductility and corrosion resistance.
A high silicon alloy is used in automotive engines for cylinder
castings.
Zinc:: Zinc alloys can be made to close tolerances and feature thinner
walls than aluminum, due to its high melt fluidity. Zinc is alloyed
with :
Aluminum - It adds strength and hardness. Zinc alloys are used in making precision parts such as sprockets,
gears, and connector housings.
Copper:: These alloys are used in plumbing, electrical and marine
applications where corrosion and wear resistance is important.
