These fabricated Gear-Box casings are advantageous over the conventional casting material due to their capacity of re-condition ability to any number of times and bushing cost effectively. Whereas,castings made out of gray iron or aluminium castings have a limited times of bushing,reparability and weldability, which is also a costly affair, is possible any number of times and cost effectively. Hence the life of fabricated gear-box is longer and repair & maintenance is cost effective than the conventional cast iron gear boxes.

Our pressure vessels are made of high alloy stainless steel (AISI 316) quality and its joints are TIG welded. Along with its interior and exterior mirror finish, it is also provided with following features:

• Long tube to ensure complete drawing of the fluid.
• Can be steam sterilized in an autoclave.
• Airtight with a sight glass.
• Sterile vent filter can be supplied as an accessory.

We offer 3 basic types of heat exchangers that is fixed tube removable bundle & U-tube. We provide well-conceived & optimum designs to suit O.E. uses. The heat exchangers have heat transfer capacity ranging from 1000 k.cal/hr to 10,00,000-k.cal/hr and heat transfer area from 1m² to 500m² with MS, SS, brass, cupronickel and copper.

Inter Coolers & After Coolers:

These inter coolers and after coolers are used to take out moisture out of air which poses problems to the end user. They are designed effectively to remove the moisture present in the compressed air. They conform to IS, TEAM & DIN standards.

DX-Chillers & W/C-Condensers Air-conditioning & refrigeration:

Our DX-Chillers are made of seamless plain copper tubes & assembled inside the ERW/sheet metal rolled shell with adequate numbers of polypropylene/brass baffles for better transfer. They are also provided with necessary connections for refrigerant & water and condensers having two-in-one (dual) circuit construction.

Shell & Tube Type:

Fixed Tube Sheet:

These exchangers are extensively used in chemical industries and refineries, as there is no chance for intermixing fluids. The construction is done to make the shell & tube sheet materials weldable.

U-Tube Bundle:

This type of heat exchanger is used for fuel systems like fuel oil suction heater. If the tube side velocity is less and the allowable pressure drop is less, this type is preferred. This type is suitable for condensing vapors and clean tube side fluids.
