2. Yarn Quality – We make use of yarn which is procured from standard mills where tested sealed yarn is available. Our yarn is tested for standards of required count, No of plys, thick and thin places, No of impurities percentage and strength of the yarn.

3. Fabric Quality - The Fabric is knitted from standard knitting divisions where the fabrics is tested for evenness, GSM, Foriegn fibers, neps, thick and thin places and other required parameters.

4. Dyeing Quality -   Dyeing being the important process, special care is been taken to see whether the dyes used in dying units has obtained a ECO TEX, OKO TEX certificate. Also after the purchase the product is been checked for color of the product, whether any patches or strain is left, satability of the fabric and other parameters as required by the customer.

5. Finishing Quality – We test fabric on the basis of stablity and percentage of shrinkage.

6. Garment Quality - All mistakes and difficulties are kept in mind when the pre-production sample is made and it is ensured that it is corrected and applied in production of orders. 

7. Inspection – We examine our range right from the raw material stage to packing stage, we frequently inspect the products to see that it has obtained the required quality.
