Infrastructure plays a vital role for the success of any organization and so we have a well built infrastructure to carry out our production process. Our sophisticated manufacturing unit is based on a sprawling area which enables the development of our range of knitted garments in a proper and efficient manner. Having established factories with higher production capacities and an export turnover of around
100 million rupees, we are now looking for new markets and customers.
Some of our machinery’s with their working are mentioned below:
1.
Knitting – we have world class machineries which are used to produce uniform and high quality fabric. We produce 100% cotton as well as all kinds of blended fabrics in jersey, interlock, plique, autostripes , jacquard, ribs, polar fleece and many special knits.
2.
Dyeing – Our dyeing machinery is one of the best machinery in the world which gives our fabrics excellent hand-feel fastness and shade-matching. Only azo-free and environmentally friendly dyes and chemicals are used and all effluents are treated before discharge.
3.
Printing - We have the capability to do many varieties of prints including rotary all over prints, plastisol, flock, discharge, embozz, foil and many special types of prints.
4.
Curing - Prints are cured in imported curing machines to fuse them uniformly and to give them a good finish.
5.
Embroider - We offer clients with many varieties of hand embroideries which are very fashionable. Our Barudan Computer Embroidery machines have a capability for doing innovative embroideries and appliques, including all over embroidery.
6.
Compacting – All our knitted fabric is compacted in Ferraro and TubeTex compacting machines which control shrinkage and also removes tension marks.
7.
Raising - Winter fabrics and nightwear fabrics like cotton fleece, polar fleece and others are raised / brushed to give a soft brushed feel according to the client's specifications.
8.
Stiching - We have over 50 stitching lines with experienced workmen who have mastered garment stitching. Productivity management systems, in-line checks and end of line checks ensure minimum errors. Fabric is layer cut using Lectra System to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
Some of our departments are mentioned below:
1.
Importing – Our import department purchases certain fabrics and accessories which are not available in India so that we can offer our clients a complete range from a single source.
2.
Packing - All garments are checked by two lines for any defects before they are steam-ironed and packed to client's specifications.
3.
Inspection - Inspection is built into our process of garment manufacture. Size Sets, Fabric Lots, Dye Lots, Pre-production and Mid-Production inspections are conducted by our Q.A. department.
