Anutone presents Salon Series that evokes the visuals  and warmth of old world wood for interiors but is actually derived from a wood substitute, WPC or Wood Plastic Composites (see box on facing page), that helps utilize timber wastes and save forests.

Sound Slats Ideacustic

The Anutone Slats Ideacustic range consists of panels made from acoustic fibre boards with lineal perforations for the avant grade look.

Anutone Slats Ideacustic are available in:

• 2 finishes - ‘L’ for Melamine Laminate and ‘V’ for Natural Veneer.
• 2 types - non-FR and FR
• 2 variants - 2mm grooves @ 32 or 16mm centers.

The edge profile is tongue & groove for the seamless look. The stock dimensions are 2430 x 288 x 16 mm with grooves of 2mm machined on the surface. Grooves of 3 and 4mm width are also possible against orders.

The back of the panels are perforated with 10mm diameter circular holes with a non woven fabric covering of 0.2mm for providing sound absorption via the acoustic impedance method.

Anutone Slats Canales

Anutone Slats Canales are underfed wood panel with lineal grooves machined on the panel surface for low-frequency (LF) sound absorption and high-frequency (HF) sound reflection with the surface grooves itself providing VHF diffusion and visual relief.

Anutone Slats Canales are available in:

• 2 finishes - ‘L’ for Melamine Laminate and ‘V’ for Natural Veneer.
• 2 types - non-FR and FR

The dimensions are up to 1200 x 2400 x 12 mm with grooves of 2mm at 50mm centers machined on their face. Grooves of 3 and 4 mm width are possible against orders.

Anutone Slats Ideacustic panels are then installed using the supplied fixing cleats. The first panel is installed by supporting its grooved edge on the perimeter edge trim followed by cleats on its other edge. The tongue on this first panel can be cut off for better bearing. Further, panels are installed by sliding the panels 'tongues into the panels' grooves and fixing with cleats.

We offer to our clients Synth PF that is custom designed, using Anuthone Interiors to suit the exact project requirements. It is used as a thermo-acoustic infill for louvres, attenuators, HVAC ducting and works as a thermo-acoustic lining for ceilings, panelings, partitions and floor cavity applications. The designing methodology includes design optimization, surface material characteristics, solutions engineering, cavity integration, system testing and validation. Manufactured in-line with latest technology, it is known for the following attributes:

Round perfed wood ceilings and walls AnutoneSpots are perfed wood panels with circular perforations that allow sound waves to pass through and get absorbed by the acoustic fabric.

Sfera and Cosmos

We have launched two new designer perforation patterns. Sfera imparts an illusion of convexity. Cosmos with random perforations of differential diameters is a delight to the architect and acoustician.

MP3 microperf

We have pushed the envelope to the limits of wood engineering with 3mm perforations in HD FR fiberboard.

In order to revolutionize panels for interior spaces, we offer Soak Cord that is size zero panels. The products are as slim as 10mm and can be hung on walls to be accessed at any point. Our range of non-corded and non-woven products has rugged construction and high impact resistance. Available with tackable surface for pin-ups, the eco-friendly products have helped in winning GBC’s LEED points for green buildings.
