We offer Earth Leakage Detector which is commonly known as ELD, this equipment continuously monitors the insulation of a cable with respect to the Earth. It is widely used in railways to monitor signaling cables on AC and DC circuits. The leakage value can be pre-set by the user in the range of 2K Ohm to 1 Meg ohm. Available in multiple of 4 Channels i.e. 4/8/12 Channels. The single/ multi channel equipment has twin indicating arrangements of an audio alarm plus a panel meter. It also includes a built-in Cable Insulation Tester.

TYPE 906

We manufacture cable insulation tester which is similar to ELD with the most important difference that this monitors the signaling cables but only in un-energized mode with leakage value setting from 500K to 10MU. It has a special feature -in case a pair is energized the instrument automatically stops functioning.

as per IRS-61/2000

We manufacture safe electronic timer which replaces the thermal element relay used in signaling circuits. This fully solid state device is relay less and the time base is generated through a quartz crystal to give a high repeat accuracy. It is meant to control railway signaling circuits where a fixed time delay of 60 or 120 seconds is required. It works on 24V DC power supply.

TYPE 1010-A/B

Our delay timer is available from 1 sec to 60 minutes timings in 10 steps with a choice of ON/OFF delay. The timer is suitable for continuous working in railway signaling and indoor use. Two change-over un-energized contacts with 5 Amps rating are provided on DIN rail 35mm enclosure.

TYPE FR 101-A

Flasher Relay is used in railway signaling installations to give flashes at the rate of 40 to 60 per minute. Potential free contacts are given to bear a load from 3 t01 0 Amps in different models. It is so designed that the failure of any component results in no indication. Encased in a sheet metal box has also an over voltage protection. It is available in different models to work at 12 or24 or60V DC or 110V AC.

We manufacture transmission measuring set which is designed to fulfill all type of requirements for determination of signal level, insertion loss, transmission loss and return loss in cable circuits used in audio telephones. With a measuring range from + 10 to -50 dB it is battery operated with a built in charger which is ideal for the field use. It is suitable for 6000 and 11200 impedance.

as per IRS:TC-45/87

Our cross talk measuring set is a portable instrument which is capable of measuring cross talk in the audio frequency range with a built-in AF generator and measuring detector. As the measuring range starts from zero dB it can be conveniently used as a transmission measuring set. With a measuring range from +10 to -80 dB is is suitable for 470/600/1120 U impedance.

as per IRS-60/93

Also called as train traffic control equipment, our control office equipment works on DTMF voice frequency signaling and has applications in omnibus speech circuits like section control, TPC control, Deputy Control etc., used in railways. This equipment mainly consists of a code generator and two way voice communication, which can run in two-wire as well as four- wire control circuits in conjunction with the way station equipment.

We manufacture way station equipment which is separately available for two- wire and four-wire operation. It consists of voice communication circuit, code reception and recognition circuit with ringing and ring-back transmission facility.

We manufacture control telephone which is used with their respective way station equipment. This telephone facilitates communication between the controller and the way station working on two/four-wire.

as per IRS:TC-79/2000

Our electronic magneto telephone is designed to meet communication requirement in railways and similar set-ups in between two or more stations. It is fully solid state and works on 3Volts through built-in case for 2X D3 cells or alternately connected through 3Volts battery. It operates within a radius of 65 kms. and is designed to replace magneto telephone with a hand-cranking generator.

as per IRS:TC-80/2000

This system is used for point to point communication between Station Master & Cabin ASM of a yard/ Level Crossing gate, Cabin ASM & Station Master/Level Crossing gate, Level Crossing gate & Cabin ASM/Station Master, Level Crossing gate & Level crossing gate, cabin ASM & cabin ASM etc. where the number of points to be connected are 2 to 11. It shall also be used as an intercom wherever 2 to 11 parties will be required to be connected for communication on 2 wire line
