Clip Lok Profile is a strong, durable, versatile, and long-length roof. It combines the strength of steel with smart fluted pans and a lock-action rib design. Even for roof pitches as low as 20 where no ends laps are used, the interlocking ribs, together with concealed fastening, ensure weather resistance. It is designed particularly for low-pitch roof application.

• Clips are fixed to structure members by self tapping screws.
• Long sheets by on site roll forming to avoid end laps from ridge to eaves to make it leak proof.

• High Light Transmission :These sheets allow 40%-90% (translucent or transparent) light transmission making them perfect for skylight applications.

• Resistance to Yellowing : These PC sheets have a one-sided surface coating that provides protection against the damaging effects of UV radiation.

• Safe Fire Performance : A limited oxygen index of 25 makes these sheets self extinguishing and non-propagating.

The recommended minimum root pitch for the profile is 30 (1 in 20 or 5%). The sheets are custom rolled to any transportable length maximum upto 13 meters.

Strengths:

Steel Deck has a 76 mm deep crest at 240mm distance and has special embossments rolled into the profile creating the highest bond between concrete and the steel floor. The smaller ribs and flutes enhance our products composite action and rigidity. Used in a composite design, Steel Deck performs as a positive reinforcement and a permanent form support, providing savings in concrete and reinforcement steel.

Material:

Steel Deck is produced from galvanized and color coated galvanized steel produced as per IS:513, IS:277, IS:14246, and AS:1397-G300-Z275. Thickness of the deck can be 0.8mm, 1mm, or 1.2mm.
