Production Process

We are an ISO 9001 certified company, primarily producing socks and exporting to European market. The brief outline of the process involved is:

Raw Material
Yarn and other raw material is purchased under strict quality measures. We have dedicated suppliers producing high-quality cotton combed yarns, as well as, synthetic yarns as per our specifications.

Knitting
Job card is issued to the operator as per the order and knitting is done on the knitting machines. After that, the operator forwards the knitted socks along with the job card to linking operator.

Linking

Linking is performed by the specially trained linking operators. It can be hand-linking or rosso-linking. After the process, the operator forwards the socks for washing/ pressing along with the job card.

Washing/ Softening/ Anti-bacterial
The socks are washed/ softened and undergo purista or anti-bacterial treatment as the requirement may be.

Boarding and Pairing
After washing and tumbling, the socks are taken to the steam boarding machines along with the job card, where the socks are pressed and then paired according to the specifications.

Labeling
After pairing, the socks are put through the labeling process. The labeling is done according to the labeling specifications given by the buyer.

Packaging
The labeled socks are packed according to the packing instructions provided by the buyer. The Pairs are packed into polybags and the polybags are finally packed in cartons.

Infrastructure

Our manufacturing unit at Noida phase-II is equipped with an ultra-modern and integrated manufacturing facility in technical collaboration with Cleversocks, UK, equipped with 168 computerized needle double cylinder and 108, 120, 132, 144, 168 and 200 needles single cylinder computerized knitting machines, Hand linking and Rosso linking facilities, steam boarding on pegg whitley machines and paddle pressing.

We also have washing and hydro extraction with tumble drying, enabling us to offer washed and anti-bacterial treated socks, viz., sanitized/ purista, etc., with a capacity of approximately 4,00,000 dozens per annum.

We additionally control another 7-10 manufacturers with equivalent technical capabilities and under our quality assurance, altogether commanding supply of another 1,00,000 dozen socks per annum.
