We take pride as being the pioneers of "Air Bubble Packaging Material" in India. SALUJA UDYOG, our parent concern was founded in the year 1974 and started its production of Air Bubble Film under the brand name BUBLAIR with imported plant from Germany supplied by M/s Bruckener Machinen. In the year 1996-1997, we started Apaar Packaging Pvt. Ltd. at Noida with a view to have additional capacity of production.

Presently, we the - Apaar are the first manufacturer in India producing higher width of 2,000 mm and now having two plants of this with the total production capacity of over 120 tonnes per month.We are also the first manufacturer of 8mm dia air bubble. Our product BUBLAIR is available in 8mm and 10mm dia in 3.5 mm - 4 mm height.We produce 250 gauges to 800 gauges air bubble sheet with the bursting strength of 2.5 MT per square metre of 600 gauges.

Besides manufacturing air bubble film we have enough capacity to meet the present requirement of pouches and cut pieces. Our present capacity of pouches comprising of different sizes is over 40,000 pouches a day. Our product range comprises of:

We have well equipped research and development unit that give their continuous support in finding better & effective way of manufacturing quality products. Our R & D team carries out extensive research program to develop new range of products that enable us to stay ahead in competition. Equipped with a separate R & D unit, our each R & D program focuses on utilization of advanced technologies, superior product features & cost-effective manufacturing process. Developing 2000 mm width & 8 mm dia of air bubble is the best achievement of our R & D team. Distribution Facility Our wide distribution network aided with our own best transport facilities help us to supply our products to our clients. We have tie-ups with the major C & F agents who help us in safe and timely delivery of our packaging materials to various destinations. We also examine the incoming documents for accuracy, track shipment during transit.
