Centrifugal collectors use cyclonic action to separate dust particles from the gas stream. In a typical cyclone, Dust Collector Cyclone, the dust gas stream enters at an angle and is spun rapidly. The centrifugal force created by the circular flow throws the dust particles toward the wall of the cyclone seperator. After striking the wall, these particles fall into a hopper located underneath.

Avail from our firm distinct grade Pulse Solenoid Valves, which use diaphragm valves for passing compressed air from air supply lines into blow piped within bag filter. Actuated with electrically operated pilot solenoids, the product is highly acclaimed in the market. For the convenience of our clients, we avail these valves in ¾” to 2” that is suitable for 24V DC &110V/230V AC.

Avail from our firm distinct grade Reverse Air Bag House that is using in process requiring high gas volume (more than 100000m3/hr). These Bags can be cleaned using counter flow of Gases from opposite direction. It is used for various applications such as Cement Kiln, Large Boilers in Power Plants, and Fumes Extractions in Steel industry etc. The reverse blower dust collector collects dust in the form of hard 'dust cake' on the dirty side of the filter bag. For cleaning the dust cake, high-pressure ‘cleaning’ air is blown in ‘reverse’ or opposite direction of the dust laden stream. The cleaning work is made consistently without any interruption in the process and different compartments feature in offline dust collectors. Further, in reverse fan cleaning dust collector, the polluted air enters at bottom and passes through the inside of the bag. It is having typical chain driven motor powered traveling in the manifold moves across the mouth of the envelope filter bags to provide the cleaning air.
