About Us

in 1982, one of the founder directors mr. V. K. Gambhir started his career in the power sector. Over 25 years of working in the public and private organizations he acquired wide experience and knowledge in the power sector. In 2003, mr. Gambhir started his own independent consultancy company named bihope business solutions and associated with one of the leading chinese power utility companies as their project management consultant till its commissioning. Bihope was also associated with british oxygen limited and helped them in achieving most economic option in delivered cost of power for their oxygen plant in panipat. Mr. V. K. Gambhir was also associated with orissa power consortium limited for development of 20 mw hydro electric power project in orissa. Now apeco has been formed with broader prospective of providing consultancy in the infrastructure projects.
