Vertical Heat Sealing Belts are available with PTFE coating, food approved to provide enhanced release properties. Wear-resistant, cleanable and are manufactured to give superior life in heat sealing.

APEKSHA INTERNATIONAL can supply Heat Sealing Belts to customer's specifications. All of our belts are manufactured from stainless steel and are available in any width and length. Thicknesses of 0.076mm, 0.127mm and 0.177mm can be supplied. We would recommend approximately the following thicknesses to roller diameter size: -
0.076mm = 1½" (38mm) roller diameter.
0.127mm = 2½" (63mm) roller diameter.
0.177mm = 3½" (89mm) roller diameter.

Belts can be supplied PTFE coated, food approved for easy release or plain.
We can also offer belts with an extra long weld to prolong the life span.
