Established in Year 2005 , we are
a reputed company in manufacturing and exporting safety matches and match
boxes. We are proud to own world-class manufacturing facilities where raw
materials and finished products like Cardboard Matches, Veneer Matches, Household
Matches, and Wax Matches are put through a series of rigorous and stringent
safety and security tests, so as to ensure excellence in the quality of the
match boxes being produced. We also offer customized solutions and package
consignments as per client’s specification.

Apex Match Consortium was formed when 6 professional individuals, who have more
than 40 years of experience in manufacturing safety matches, came together to
form a company. Today, the company is being headed by Mr. K. Saranyan, who is
also the CEO of the company. Each mentor of the company is committed to excel
and to carry forward the identity of the business to greater heights.

At Apex Match, our endeavor is to deliver increased volumes with superior
quality standards. Due to our superior quality standards, we have dedicated
national as well as international clients.

Product Profile
We ensure premium quality match boxes are manufacture, we use superior quality raw material such as red phosphorus, full refined paraffin wax, semi refined paraffin wax, match splints, duplex boards and bicromate gum rosin etc. We manufacture various safety match boxes like: cardboard safety matches, wax safety matches, carbonized safety matches, household safety matches, wax household safety matches and veneer safety matches etc. our manufactured safety matches has the following characteristic:

We also import and sell raw materials for manufacturing safety matches. We procure raw material from different places in the world or according to the required standards of our clients or the manufacturing people. We can also join hands with other Indian importers to import raw materials.


Manufacturing Capacity
We take great pride in stating that we have state-of-the-art facility in Sivakasi, Kovilpatti in  Tamil Nadu. We produce over 9.6 Million match boxes in a day which accounts to 8,000 cartons of match boxes per day.
 
To carry out the manufacturing process with consistency and better efficiency  at all the stages, we have machines and machineries like:

  • Dipping Machine ( Korean Made, Chinese Made, Genrman Made)
  • Splints Cleaning and Polishing machines at all Units
  • Outer/Inner pasting machines
  • 10s Packing Machine
  • 100s Shrink Wrapping Machine
Adding on to our capacity we are installing fully automatic Roller Machine which will make our production capacity to 10.5 million boxes per day

Warehousing & Packaging
To ensure the right quality product reaches our client, we believe in storing the manufactured products at right places for easy dispatch. We have a spacious warehouse facility to store our wide assortment of safety matches. We make sure of all necessary measures are taken for prevention and handling other situations including emergency conditions to ensure the safety of the products and our staff. Important measure likes keeping the warehouse clean and dry and ensuring the right room temperature to avoid moisture are properly taken care of.
