Trolley Wheels C-100 Series Medium duty powder coated caster of double ball race swivel head secured with thick thread hex pin & covered with nylon dust seal. The center bolt is of EN-8 material which gives strength to the castor to bear impact load. Thrust & taper bearing are used in the clamp in order to give free & reliable movement to castor.These bearing can be replaced and lubricated through grease nipple. Trolley Wheels C-200 Series This is heavy duty forged steel EN- 8 castor. In this the swivel has a heavy duty forged EN-8 top plate which joins the outer swivel EN- 8 cup by a free compliment ball race. The race serves both as thrust & taper bearing. A nylon seal is also provided in order to protect from dust at the top. The race can be lubricated through hydraulic grease nipple which is given at the top. Trolley Wheels C-250 Series This is a ultimate heavy duty pressed steel castor in the castor category to carry heavy weight. In this series thrust bearing is used at the top of the castor and taper roller bearing is used at the inner top of the wheel block in order to give free & reliable movement to castor. The wheel block and the plate both are fitted & bolted with forged EN-8 strongly welded round pin. The grease is also provided to lubricate the bearings.
