Capping Machines
 | We specialize in the manufacture and export of world widely reputed capping machines, screw capping machines and automatic cap sealing machines such as cap sealing machines and combi cap sealing machines. These machines have a simple changeover from screw-capping to ROPP and vice-versa. Few of the salient features of the product includes following:
• Minimum change parts required as star wheel is not required to be changed; only bottle adopters are to be changed without disturbing the machine setting.
• Pick-up & place mechanism for CRC & Screw capping. Cap will be fed into Cap Pick Up turret & will be placed on the bottle by the pickup arm to give continuous & full capping action. There will be mechanical torque setting arrangement.
• Variable speed for slat conveyor.
• Simple operation easy to operate & maintain the machine.
• GMP model.
• SS or extruded aluminum section cabinet offered as an optional features. |
Deblistering Machines

Drying and Cleaning Equipment
 | We manufacture customized range of drying machines, cleaning equipment and air jet cleaning equipment. All these cleaning and drying equipments are highly user friendly and are based on the application of jet cleaning. These are ideally used for cleaning bottles and/or containers to be filled. Some of the features are:-
• No water consumption problem

Optional attachments:
• Filtration system comprises of 5micron filter, 0.001PPM Filter (oil & moisture separator), silica gel filter and finally 1 micron filter.
• Ionizer could be provided to de-ionize the static charge on bottle surface and hence better cleaning is achieved.
• Automatic silica gel regeneration system is provided to avoid manual recharging of silica gel in due course of operation.
• In Line HEPA filter could be provided for special purpose requirement. |
