We offer precision engineered Hiroshima
sublimation tester that is widely used in the textile industry to determine the
resistance of the colors of the textile. It can efficiently test on all types
of color change, and color transfer by performing hot pressing. The hot
pressing can be utilized for tests on dry, damp and wet fabrics, depending on
the application of the concerned textile.
Method: DRY Pressing: For this a certain
temperature, weight and time is set on the heating device in order to press the
dry sample.
DAMP Pressing & WET Pressing: In both damp and wet type of pressing a wet, undyed cotton cloth is used to
cover the dry sample before pressing it at a specific temperature, time and
weight.
Our range of sublimation tester
consist of regulated set ups of dry heat and pressure of 8.8 gm/cm2 or 9.0
gm/cm2 or 40 gm/cm2 with top and bottom heated surfaces
. It has a separate temperature regulator and individually
regulated top plate weights.
