The lift comprises a standard wire rope hoist, mounted on a supported I-Beam, that can easily adjust height of the cage. Designed for vertical transportation of goods, the supporting structures of lifts are erected on the site. Independent of the building, these lifts can be easily installed inside or the outside of the building. Perfectly fitted on the cage, the wheels smoothly run on the C- guides, which are placed on both the sides of the cage.

• Design: "APEX" cage lifts have modular & compact design for low maintenance cost & easy operation

• Motors: The motors used are suitable for frequent starting, reversing & braking in accordance with IS-325. Motors are totally enclosed in dust proof construction foot / flange mounted TESC / TEFC, Sq. cage motors with integrated safety brakes, insulation class F, IP54 protection for hoisting motions

• Brakes: -Single, dual-disc, shoe electromagnetic, EHT brakes with features like automatic braking on power failure (Fail safe)

• Gear Box: The gearboxes are made of accurate hob cut helical, spur gears & pinions having hardness 250 to 350 BHN made from carbon alloy steel. All gears and pinions running on antifriction type ball, roller bearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash lubrication. The helical, spur gear designed for adequate strength and optimum wear resistance for smooth operation and long life

• Electrical Panel: -These have modular design, are ease to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuse less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Have motor overload protection to prevent overloading

• Limit Switch: Safety limit switches for stoppers provided to prevent over traveling in all motions

• Painting: -Two coats of primer before assembly & two coats of synthetic enamel after testing

Optional Features :

• Limit Switches: - Prevent over hoisting and lowering of hook

• Buffers on the floor of the lift for smooth landing of the cage

• VVVF drive for smooth operation of lift

• Electro-mechanic door locks near the collapsible gates to ensure:

1. Lift does not function if any of the door is open

2. The collapsible gates do not open mechanically unless cage is at the same level
