Heat Tracers

We offer ATT Heat Tracers, which is a constant wattage, series type heat tracers encompasses of "Go and Return" multistrand heating elements insulated with PTFE (Teflon). For mechanical protection and earth continuity, the tracer is wire braided with stainless steel.  The heating element terminates on cold leads with suitable gland connections. An outer jacket is offered as an option for corrosive atmospheres.

These tracers are perfect alternative for Thermotrace CTL, in which pipeline lengths and layouts are frozen and hence required lengths of heat tracers are easy to predetermine.

Construction heat is a constant wattage, parallel circuit heat tracer which includes twin parallel bus wires of multistrand copper. Depending on the temperature application, our range of tracer is insulated with PTFE, Silicon Rubber and LSZH.
To form parallel circuits, heating element is wounded spirally around the insulated bus and alternatively connected to the bus wires at suitable intervals. For mechanical protection and earth continuity, the tracer has an insulation sheath, which is followed by metallic braiding. An outer jacket is also provided as an option for corrosive atmospheres.
