Heating Cables

We have been engaged in offering parallel constant watt heating cables that specially designed for process temperature maintenance in piping, equipment and tanks. The parallel resistance configuration enables the cable to be cut to length and terminate in the field, with assistance of easy-to-use Thermon supplied kits.  Irrespective of the circuit length, the heating cables offers reliable and consistent heat outputs. Since the heating cables are not subjected to the inrush current linked with self-regulating heating cables, there is no requirement of over sizing power distribution equipment. Heating cables can be safely used in ordinary (non-classified) areas, Hazardous (classified) areas and Zone 2 classified areas.

We manufacture Self Regulating Heating Cable that is developed using quality raw material. These cables provide freeze protection or process temperature maintenance to metallic, nonmetallic piping, tanks and equipment. The heat output of cable changes in response to the surrounding conditions and entire length of a circuit. As the heat loss of the insulated pipe, tank or equipment increases (as ambient temperature drops) it increases the heat output of the cable. Similarly, when the heat loss decreases (as the ambient temperature rises or product flows), the cable reacts by reducing its heat output. Insulating cables are approved for use in ordinary (non classified) areas and hazardous (classified) areas.
