| 3D Scanning Services We deliver 3D scanning services for any kind of products using GOM, Germany. Through the adoption of all the latest technologies, we render hi end 3D scanning services to our clients in varied applications. The results gained after scanning can be offered as copious point cloud data or orderly sections along principal planes or parallel to any user defined plane. As a result, point cloud can also given as tessellated STL file.

We use ATOS Optical non contact white light scanning system and TRITOP Photogrammetry system that are sourced from M/s Gom mbH, Germany for 3D-Scanning. The different advantages of this cutting edge technology include:
A wide variety of parts and materials can be easily scanned including metal, wood, plastic, glass, epoxy, modeling clay, soft materials like foam, rubber etc
Points are scanned on the surface of the part hence no complex compensation is required and so errors due to wrong compensation are avoided.
A very high density of point cloud data is generated
The process is many times faster than conventional contact type methods.
A wide range of size can be accommodated on a white light scanner varying from 5mm to 10000mm ( yes it is 10000 mm or 10m)
As part orientation can be changed during the process so scanning of all sides of the part can be done without expensive fixturing.
There is no limitation on the job weight so heavy parts like dies and moulds, complete two wheelers and four wheelers can be easily scanned.
It is possible to scan the inner details of parts like castings etc after cutting, without loosing the datum.

| Quality Control Services We offer our quality control services at clients' site. Through this service, we carry extensive inspection for complex & large parts. In case of conventional methods, inspection of free form surface/profile is either tedious or not possible. For such parts, scanning & comparison of CAD to scan-data offers a valid solution.
The results of these quality control services are presented as:- Rainbow Plot, Go, No-Go Plot, 5 Color deviation Plot, Sectional Needle plot, deviation of individual points as labels, tabular report, virtual Sectional Cuts & thickness report, clear & concise report helps to take decision regarding corrective action.

|  | | Surfacing Modeling Services & Solid Modeling Services We offer surfacing modeling and solid modeling services. Surfacing is a process of fitting surface entity in a cloud of points ensuring specified geometric tolerances. Surfacing is required in order to use the scan data for machining smooth surfaces mainly for die/mould production, analysis, digital mockups or packaging purposes.
Our experienced and skilled team of software engineers at our unit can efficiently carry surfacing and solid modeling activity after whitelight scanning of the physical part. Our in house unit equipped wit latest technology assist us in rendering the services with efficacy.

| Product Development Services Through our expertise in operating different digitizing and deformation measurement equipment, we render our product development services to our clients. We are capable of creating parts based on concept, geometrical and dimensional product brief. We develop prototype in digital form that is required for all types of products whether rough concept to existing working parts or new parts development to life extension program, simple refurbishment or a facelift.
