To achieve accurate correspondence between numerical model and real component, we have ATOS I that is advanced Topometric Sensor. This digitizing system can be measured in a short time and with high local resolution. Each measurement is put together into a project and the measured data can be exported as point clouds, sections or STL-data. This equipment does not require any additional hardware like mechanical measuring machines, robots or any translation unit.
ATOS I is the perfect solution for short measuring sequences as well as for robust data evaluation. Having compact sensor as well as systems, the digitizing system has rugged design & modern interface. This system is ready to be integrated into different production processes for varied industries. ATOS I find its usage for non-contact and material independent 3d-digitization of different arbitrary objects like workpieces, models, moulds, sculptures, human body parts, component damages etc.
It is used for:
• Generating STL data
• Transferring model modifications to CAD
• Creating control data for the manufacturing on NC-milling-machines and rapid prototyping systems
• Nominal/actual comparison between object and model (CAD model, point clouds or STL data)

The salient features of our ATOS I are:
• Fast measuring sequence: Image grabbing in less than one second is supported
• Simple operation: The user can concentrate on the digitizing progress as all the transformations are performed automatically by the system.
• Flexibility: The same sensor (ATOS XL) is capable of measuring small and large objects (10mm up to 10m).

We source ATOS II from GOM, Germany and supply them to our national clients. It is used in applications where there is requirement of high measuring quality and also where harsh environmental conditions do not support digitizing. Accurate, user friendly and having high-resolution, our optical measuring systems are ideal for such applications. • ATOS IIe – This digitizer is a good choice for digitizing with big measuring areas (up to 1.7x1.36 meter in one view), glossy parts, in bright ambient light or under harsh environmental conditions.
• Rotation Table - This medium size rotation table is recommended in combination with the ATOS digitizing systems mounted on a flexible stand, to digitize parts up to 150 kg centered load or up to 40 kg excenter load in an efficient semi-automated process.

We supply and offer ATOS III that find their usage in non - contact 3D digitizing applications. It is a high-end digitizer used for demanding measuring tasks. ATOS III is known for is ability to deliver high detail resolution and efficient and precise measurements in quality control. This high end equipment is used for fast digitizing in design. This equipment is used for easy automation and efficient digitizing in industrial applications.
ATOS III is digitizer that is based on two camera technology by GOM. Through its ability to deliver 4 million data points in each measurement, our equipment is used in different applications. Special type lenses and efficient performance of our projection system helps in very dense and highly accurate point cloud. The equipment leads to minimum data noise even under harsh environmental conditions.
