Our range of corrugated and profile gaskets have outstanding mechanical strength and thermal conductivity, capable of withstanding high temperature. The corrugations in the gasket provide multi-seals across the face of the gasket and inherent resilience. These gaskets have been proven to be both reliable and cost-effective for the application on flanges and heads where bolt loading is sufficient. Being resistant to chemical and corrosion, our corrugated and profile gaskets are suitable for various gas pipes and valve caps or wherever acids, oils and chemicals are found.

Our wide range of grafoil gaskets and products are manufactured from pure and flexible graphites that are procured from trusted vendors. APOLLO metallic Ring Joint gaskets are suitable for high pressure and high temperature applications. APOLLO manufactures gaskets in accordance with specific tolerances on CNC machines. APOLLO Ring Joint Gaskets fully comply with the ASME B16.20 standard and the API spec 6A requirements (where applicable). APOLLO is authorized to monogram Ring Joint Gaskets as per API-6A (PSL4). The gaskets meet the rigid quality requirements for Ring Joint Gaskets set by the American Petroleum Institute (API).

Our ring joint gaskets are available in Style R Oval, Style R Octagonal, Style RX & Style BX type. We use qualitative metal to manufacture wide array of durable ring joint gaskets. These gaskets have been especially designed to withstand exceptionally high assembly loads over a small area, thus producing high seating stresses. The contact surfaces of the gaskets and flange are carefully processed so that these can be used in varied range of temperature and pressure. Our range of O rings & gaskets is applied in various sealing mechanisms. This range of products is used for chemicals, centrifugal pumps, generators, cement, marine industry, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, etc. These products are also used in pneumatic applications in earth moving machines. Range for 'O' Rings : Available in diameter range of 5 mm to 2000 mm and various cross sections.

Range for Gaskets : From 15 NB to 2000 NB and pipe sizes, made from polymer – natural, nitrile, EPDM, neoprene, SBR, viton, silicon, etc.

Gaskets are generally used in varied industries to fill spaces between the two objects and hence prevent leakage between the two objects while under compression. Our exhaustive range encompasses varied gaskets, which are made from fine quality rubber. Along with their high durability, they have the capacity to withstand high compressive loads. We also offer wide array of serrated and camprofile gasket that are in compliance with IS and BS standard. These gaskets consist of a metal core having concentric grooves on both sides. Our serrated and camprofile gaskets have excellent anti-blow-out properties that make them suitable for applications where high temperature, pressures and fluctuating conditions are encountered. These gaskets are the preferred gasket when improved performance at low seating stresses is required.

We use latest technology and qualitative raw material to manufacture comprehensive range of soft cut gaskets. These are designed and fabricated as per the IS and BS standard. Owing to their corrosion resistant feature and capability to withstand high pressure these are used in various pipelines, valves, pressure vessels and water projects. These soft cut gaskets are available in different shapes and sizes as specified by our clients.

The Spiral Wound Gaskets are composed of a metallic continuous stripe with a special shaped profile, coupled with a continuous filing stripe (Asbestos, PTFE, Grafoil, Ceramic etc) evenly wound in concentric spiral under constant stress. The Spiral Wound Gaskets are reinforced on the inner and outer diameter by winding of several electrically welded spiral metal only. The normal shape is circular but it is possible to make oval shape and oblong shape. They can also be combined with jacketed gaskets to tightening heat exchangers internal shapes.

Types of Spiral Wound Gaskets are Spiral without inner and outer ring, spiral with only outer ring, Spiral With Only inner ring, spiral with inner and outer ring,  spiral with inner or outer or with partition filler material.

Our range of Spiral wound gasket (SWG) consists of thin metal hoop and nonmetal filler material that are simultaneously wounded. The metal hoop enables the gasket to act as a spring between the flanges. The hoop also provides the basic structural element for the gasket while the nonmetal filler material seals the flange surfaces that are with small imperfections. These are widely used in various industries as sealing spots where the alteration of temperature and pressure are frequent. Having excellent compression resilience these can be used as the static sealing element of pipe, valve, pump, thermal exchange, condensing tower, plain hole and man hole of flange, etc.

Our spiral wound gaskets are widely used in various sectors like petrochemical, engineering, power station, metallurgy, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, nuclear power station navigation and several other sectors.

The expanded PTFE sheets manufacture PTFE sheet gaskets. These expanded sheets are made by the special procedure that produces a uniform and highly fibrillated micro structure with a huge lot of fibers running in distinct directional strength in lubricity creep & cold flow and directs the possibility of blow out. These gaskets provide outstanding chemical resistance for conditions where hygiene and non-contamination are vital. The unique features are :

We use superior quality of teflon to manufacture wide array of teflon gaskets and products. The teflon that we use are able to withstand significantly more aggressive chemical environments including highly oxidizing environments that makes our product durable and resistant to various chemicals.
