Application Systems brings to the market variable Speed Drives that are employed in paper printing & packaging, textiles, steels and wires & cables corrugation industries. We develop two types of drives-the DC Drives and Eddy Current Drives.

DC Drives

Our DC Drives are available in wide range from 0.5 HP to 500 HP, for various applications. We offer DC drives up to 7.5HP in single phase and for three phases we have DC Drives that are available up to 500 HP. We offer these excellent Drives with our excusive products such as Centre wind Tension Control, Pull-through line speed control, Torque Control and standard speed control. We offer the Drives in Synchronization, Tension Control and Current Sharing Modes.

Eddy Current Drives

These Drives are available with us from 0.5 HP to 100 HP both in Integral design (fitted with flange mounted induction motor) and Modular design (without induction motor) and have independent input & output shafts.

Engine Test Stands

Motor Test Rigs

These Test Benches are employed in the effective evaluation of Automotive and Industrial motors. The Motor Test Rigs have been provided a self-contained platform to enable you to conduct a comprehensive range of validation tests on motors. The Rigs consist of a low-vibration structure on casters, suitably rated application-specific dynamometer such as AC dynamometer or magnetic particle dynamometer, suitable sensors, special fixtures for clamping of different types of motors, quick-coupling arrangement, safety guards and interlocks.

These test benches are provided with computer-controlled system that facilitates proper sequencing of the tests and recording of the data. These data are used for analysis and providing outputs in the form of tabulated and performance graphs. Selecting the apt set up Menu available on the computerized control system performs the automated test sequences.

Transmission Test Rigs

These test benches are employed in the evaluation of Gearboxes, Axles, Shafts, Belts and Chains. We make use of the best quality parts to develop this excellent and effective Transmission Test Bench that is available at market leading price.

The Web Tension Control Systems are used in controlling unwind, rewind & intermittent section tension control. We are engaged in developing various models of Control Systems like the web tension control system, dancer based tension control, load cell based tension control, diameter based tension control and ultrasonic sensor based tension control & manual tension / torque control system.

In addition to these we also offer Centre Wind Tension Controller that include non-contact controller that is compatible with AC / DC & Eddy Current Drives and CTC that is used to maintain constant tension. These CTC are employed in maintaining the tension through out the diametric build up, with advanced taper tension facility. This facility is used to get proper winding & avoid telescoping and core crushing due to internal layer pressure. The CTC is provided with GD² compensation, taper and set tension Potentiometer.
