Offering Ceramic Weld Backing Tapes:

Cerback brand welding back up tapes & strips for one side welding. These are used for all kind of welding processes & for almost all metals, for one side welding. Welding processes such as smaw, fmaw, gmaw, saw, co2, tig, mig etc.

By using weld back up strips, welding cost is saved approx 50 to 60% whereas welding time is saved by 50%. results are 100% radio graphic welding. No back chipping, no back grinding or gouging, no purging required.

Very simple & easy to use. just peel off release paper from aluminum. stick aluminum tape to backside of the root gap on sheet, plate, pipe or vessel, adjusting center line with center of root gap. the fiberglass, which is one inch wide, covers the root gap and leaves no open air gap, causing no oxidation .

By using fiberglass weld back up tapes, welding cost is saved approx 50 to 60% whereas welding time is saved by 50%. results are 100% radio graphic welding. Siback is a high heat resistant aluminum backing tape with a woven fiberglass having red center line for easy location in root gap adjustment.

Very simple & easy to use.
