Soluble Cutting Oils are excellent for usage in cutting operations on ferrous and non ferrous metals. These are superior emulsifying cutting oils, compounded by use of fine petroleum base and special emulsifiers. To form stable emulsion, the oil should always be added to the water with continuous stirring. The proportion may somewhat vary depending upon the hardness of the water and the application areas. We recommend a higher proportion of our lubricant for harder water or for grinding process. The general mix ratio is 1:20 dilution in water for heavy jobs and 1:30 dilution in water for light jobs, up to 400 to 600 ppm of hard water.

• Appro Sol XL: It is an organic lubricant, which is easily miscible in water giving a strong and stable emulsion in water up to 600 ppm hardness. It carries biocides and inhibitors offering resistance against bio-degradation, rust and bacterial growth in the emulsion. This oil has excellent cooling and lubricating properties, which provides perfect surface finish and minimizes tool wear.
• Appro Sol Appro Sol SS: Appro Sol Appro Sol SS is a semi-synthetic lubricant.

Our thermic oils are high grade lubricants which have varied industrial usages. Appro therm is one of the grades of thermic oils which allow heat transfers in direct and jacketed transmission systems. We recommend Appro Therm Light and Medium for use in heat transfer systems operating up to 260 0C and 300 0C respectively. For use in For Heat transfer systems operating up to 320 0C we recommend our Appro Therm Special and Super.
 
Pneumatic Oils are processed using latest technology which results in high grade oils. Appro Pneumo 100, 181 is one of the grades offered by us. They have excellent usage in the lubrication of pneumatic equipment such as rock drill, jack-hammers, chippers, wagon drills and many others.

Hone Flush is a variety of honing oil; it is very light viscosity honing oil with excellent lubricating characteristics. It possesses extra fluidity to ensure a quick and thorough flushing action and the absence of any material which might cause stone glazing, assuring a very good surface finish.

Honing oils are best recommended for:

•    General flushing of mechanical equipments after drain
•    Increasing the durability of honing tool

We process our quenching oils for standard quenching operations on various steel such as nuts, bolts and engine parts which involve medium quenching operations. These oils are availed as Appro Quench A and Appro Quench B. 

Our Appro Quench A is straight mineral general purpose quenching oil blended from HVI base stocks having good oxidation stability, fluidity and low volatility. This is best recommended in normal quenching operations on steel parts, bearings, drums and metal components.

Appro Quench B is further prepared with a polar additive to impart accelerated quenching properties for particular application. They have high flash points and offer good heat dissipating properties. Appro Quench B is recommended in handling different types of high speed tools, ball bearings and other components. These are also used for hardening of High Speed Steel Tools, Ball Bearings & other components like Crankshafts, Steering Shells and others.

Our grease is of high grade quality and therefore reduces the friction between two moving surface, improving efficiency and reducing wear. These are highly pure and offer stability to the products. Our grease is a multipurpose lubricant suitable for all moving parts.

Our Appro 2T & Kinetic 2T are high grade lubricants that are developed as per the recommended industrial norms. Appro 2T meets API/TC specification. Appro Kinetic 2T meets JASO / FB and exceeds API / TC specifications. Our 2T oils are specially recommended for all Two Stroke Engines of Mopeds, Scooters, Motor Cycles and Three Wheelers as well as for petrol engines used in sprayers, pumps of small generators. 20ml per litre is the standard amount that is to be used. Kinetic 2T is a specially formulated Engine oil for all 2 stroke Engines like Kinetic DX, ZX, Marvel, Pride FX and Zoom and others.

We process our Appro Milby20/W/40 with perfect blending of various materials. Therefore these are specially blended multi grade oil and assure engine protection, cleanliness and low piston deposits and also prevent wear & tear. These are recommended for normally Aspirated Diesel Engine, Super Charged Diesel Engines and Power Generating sets operating on LDO and HSD.
