The company was established in the year 2001 with an intention to serve the Industrial construction requirements. However viewing the vast opportunities in the field of infrastructure development the company diversified its activities and entered the field of infrastructure development in the year 2005, with its key focus areas being Roads, Commercial & Residential Buildings & Waste Management. In the year 2009 has company entered into PPP projects.

Human resource is the main strength of the company. As on date the company has over 300 staff with nearly 55 % being technically qualified and experienced personnel.

APR with its corporate office in Hyderabad has its presence across the country with projects being executed in Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Rajasthan, U.P. and Maharastra apart from A.P.
