Our range of double spout densified feeder is essentially designed to fill in valve type bag. Material that is to be packed is forced by the impeller and filled in the bag through the spout which is connected to machine with a flexible hose pipe. The material is densified by impeller rotating at high speed resulting in fast filling i.e. higher output as compared to pneumatic filling. The material flowing through hose pipe is further assisted by an air jet during the filling operation. The pinching device pinches or opens the hose pipe to stop or allow the flow of material.

Accurate weighing is done by precision load cell and electronic controller in electronic machines or by weighing beam supported on hardened and ground knife edge for accuracy and durability. Filling is automatically cut off by actuation of pinching device, once set point is achieved. Automation of packing machine is provided with the help of electrical and pneumatic control devices provided in the panel box and the pneumatic cylinders. Our densified feeder double spout are widely used in the packaging of cement, bleaching earth, fly ash, hydrated lime, talcum powder, carbon black and refractory.
