Our Line Interactive UPS System comes with mains-charging, low battery and overload indications, and have alarms in case such an event happens. It has an optional telephone line surge protection, RS 232 serial port, and an extended backup time due to Mosfet PWM technology wide input voltage range of 135V to 280V. It has no load shutdown and both auto restart and cold start capabilities. It has a highly stable output, full voltage surge protection, and also short circuit and overload protection. It maximises the efficient use of battery and its inverter output is phase synchronized with mains. It has a recharge time of 10-12 hours.

 

Specific technical details include: an input voltage of 135V to 230V AC, output noise less than 40 db A, DC voltage of 12 and 24V, CVCC battery charger, transfer time of 3-5 milliseconds, frequency wave form of 50Hz +/-1% Quasi Sine Wave, more than 95% AVR efficiency, overload capacity of 110% for 10 minutes and 300% for 10 msec., load power factor of 0.6 lagging to unity, INV efficiency of 90%, input frequency of 50 Hz +/-6%, output voltage AVR Inverter of 50 Hz +/-6%. These UPS Systems come in the following models - PCS500 PCS625 PCS800 PCS 1000 PCS1250 and work from temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, with available models 600VA to 5000VA.

Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage Stabilizer

Stabilizers are very important because sensitive electrical equipment can get damaged by sudden swings or spikes in voltage. Our stabilizers work on the feedback principle and contribute to energy savings and power factor improvement. They correct voltage fluctuations automatically and provide the equipment with a constant rated voltage, thus improving efficiency and life of machines.

 

Our stabilizers work with a wide range of input frequency, and produce output that has no waveform distortion. They have specially designed IC control circuit for high reliability, an auto or manual operation switch, voltmeter to read input and output voltage, an output voltage regulation of + 1%. They are highly efficient at quickly correcting the voltage before any damage is done to sensitive equipment.

 

These stabilizers are available in Single or Three Phase, Air or Oil cooled, and 1KVA TO 500KVA range. They have a continuously variable voltage Auto Transformer operated by a Servo motor with low inertia, which can also be switched on and off with a Buck Boost Transformer. Even the output of the stabilizers is constantly monitored for errors by a control circuit, and any fluctuations are immediately corrected by switching on the Servo Motor in an appropriate direction through the Buck Boost Transformer.

 

There is also an Output Adjust Control button provided on the panel in auto mode, which helps to adjust the output voltage. Each stabilizer also has a high and low level indicator which indicates its preset and stabilized output voltage range
