We offer Morgon oil lubrication systems, which are designed to feed the Morgan bearing of mill stands of the cold rolling mills. These industrial lubrication systems are incorporated with electric motor driven gear pumps draw oil from a settling or reservoir tank through wire mesh type suction strainer and pass it through cartridge type wire mesh filters to get rid of undue particles. This helps in oil passing through a water cooled heat exchanger to bring down the temperature as per the requirement and then taken out through  piping and distributed to the bearings. Then the return oil from the bearings is brought back to the settler through  piping. Further, we also provide check valves are after the pump to prevent the back flow of oil.

Our range of pre-jacking cum oil lubrication systems are used in cement plants for ball mill bearing lubrication. This industrial lubication system consist of one high pressure pump and two gear pumps. Our range of lubrication equipment functions when ball mill is started, the high pressure pump lifts the bearing and then gear pumps are used to lubricate the bearings. We also incorporated duplex filters and heat exchanger in our product. Our range is also used in pair as to lift and lubricate both the bearings of ball mill.

Oil Circulation systems are made as packaged units ready for piping to the application. In case, when cooler are the Oil outlet water inlet and outlet are usually grouped closely for reason of easy installation. In the packaged construction, the oil circulation systems made by APS are extremely compact and occupy minimum floor space.

This lubricating pump provides a compact unit for delivered soft grease or heavy oil under pressure to a given number of different bearing points. It is ideal for lubricating machinery which require regular shots of predetermined quantity of lubricant forced into each individual bearing under pressure. The basic lubricators are available in containers size of 10 Kg capacity and lubricators can be either supplied separately or with reduction gear box and coupling and with or without electric motor. The individual lubricators can be arranged either belt -pulley, chain-sprocate or direct coupling. A maximum of 20 pumping units are fitted to the pump body. The less number of pumping unit can be supplied as desired, the remaining units can be blanked off. Each of pumping unit is set to give 0.2 cc of lubricant at each stroke and working pressure is 200 bar.

Our range of centralized dual line grease lubrication pump are made of superior grade raw material, which ensures optimum performance at client's end. These are incorporated with a central pumping station that lubricates through a reversing valve to either one of two supply lines, which run along the machine to feed. In addition, our range also possess dose feeders mounted on the machine at a convenient position close to the bearing points to be lubricate. The dose feeders of our range is operated by hydraulic pressure from the pump delivering a measured quality of lubricant to the bearing being served.

Our range comprises of dose feeders, which are dual line adjustable measuring valve blocks helps to deliver measured quantity of lubricant to the bearing points under system pressure. These are mounted across the two lines and the outlet are connected to the bearing points by suitable pipe line. Another part of our range is end pressure relay, which consist of a valve block with two relief valves and a limit switch. The extension rod of the piston in the valve block actuates the limit switch that in turn actuates the electromagnetic valve of pump and stop the motor. In addition, we also provide line mounted grease filter, which are designed for removing mechanical impurities from grease delivered to system at high pressure. The filter comprises of a steel body and a perforated cartridge in which a wire mesh element is inserted. The cartridge of this filter can be removed for cleaning or replacement without dismantling the pipe line.

Our high end manufacturing unit enables us in manufacturing a wide range of unloading station for unloading furnace oil & LDO. These are designed with APS unloading station to unload the furnace oil/LDO from tanker. This range also consist of gear pumps, suction filters, pressure line filters and valves. We also provide pumps and filters with our product to provide optimum performance to end users. Further, our product also possess electric motors that are flame proof types. Our range is suitable to unload the oil from tanker to storage tank and same system can transfer the oil from storage tanks to service tank.

With the help of our expert team, we are designing and manufacturing a wide range of flow indicators with control valves. These are used to visualize and control the flow to the point to be lubricate. Further, our products are available for different outlet like 1 outlet to 6 outlet. Our products are regularly installed at dryer’s bearings of paper mills.
