Established in the year 2001, we ‘Apt Automation’ have emerged as a prominent manufacturer, exporter and supplier of CNC turned components. With our vast experience of 10 years in handling and application of CNC turning centers and machines, we have acquired excellence in our operational area. Our proficient workforce and ultra modern machinery has enabled us to produce superior quality products. For the quality assurance we follow strict quality parameters at our manufacturing unit. We have several tests and measuring facilities to check the quality of products as well as the quality of raw material. Moreover we also have plans to adopt ISO certification in near future, which will further authenticate the status of our quality. Our proprietorship firm is energetically moving ahead and making an enviable progress under the valuable guidance of our mentors Mr. D. Vijayraj and Mr. M.N. Senthil Kumar.

Our wide array of products is made of excellent quality raw material such as aluminium, brass, phosphorous, bronze, stainless steel- EN8 grade, and mild steel. We procure these raw materials only from the certified vendors across the India. The range of our products includes rotary shaft, core tube, load nut, shafts, input crank and crank shafts.
