Industrial Valves

Instrumentation ball valves are available in:

Working Pressure Range: 6,000 PSI. Process Connection Size: 1/8” to 2”. Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, brass, monel, hastel alloy, inconel, etc. Also available with material confirming to NACE MR 01-75.

Manifold consists of mainly 3 broad classification:

• 2–way manifold valve.
• 3-way manifold valve.
• 5–way manifold valve.

The sub-classification being the type of mounting method of the manifold valves:

• Pipe to Pipe – Flat Type.
• Pipe to Flange – T Type.
• Flange to Flange – H Type.
• Direct Mount Type.
• Remote Mount Type.

Needle valves are available in various configurations:

• Single bonnet design for low pressure.
• Double bonnet design for high pressure.
• Straight flow.
• Angular flow.
• Male to Male pipe thread connection.
• Male to female pipe thread connection.
• Female to Female pipe thread connection.
• Tube to Tube connection.
• Tube to Male / Female pipe connection.

Working Pressure Range: 100 PSI to 20,000 PSI. Size: 1/8” to 1”. Process Connection: Pipe thread - NPT, BSPP, BSPT tube OD connections. Material: Carbon steel, stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, brass, monel, hastel alloy, inconel, etc. Also available with material confirming to NACE MR 01-75.
