types of clarifier mechanism we offer are primary tank, secondary tanks and tertiary
tanks. Clarifier mechanism are being provided at highly competitive prices and have the

Primary
Tanks
 
The primary process is highly effective as approximately
65% of organic solids and 35% of the BOD in the sewage is removed by it. The
liquid goes through an aeration and or bio filtration process from the primary
settling tank before entering the secondary tank.
 
Secondary
Tank
 
The secondary sedimentation follows the primary settling
phase and the biological treatment stage. This process is about separating
mixed liquid suspended solids (MLSS) or humus sludge from the purified effluent
stream. The secondary tanks may be fitted with scraper blades as for primary
tanks or can be of the suction tube. Secondary mechanisms are also normally
fitted with scum skimming systems.
 
Tertiary
Tank
 
The tertiary tanks may be fitted with any of the above
scraper types or simple sweeper chains. Moreover, the scum skimming is usually
omitted.

Filter press we offer is ideal for cleaning waste drawn from the different treatment syatems. Its filtering capacity varies with the viscosity of the waste with the amount of sediment contained therein. Filter press comprises of C.I. square plates, mounted parallel on heavy flat mild steel bars fixed on heavy cast iron stand. These are supplied with air vessels, cloth clips, cocks, F.R.P.trays & best quality belt driven plunger pump at 50 R.P.M.
 

Pressure Sand Filters

Our pressure sand filters are precisely used for the
removal of suspended solids & turbidity. These are extremely robust method
of removing suspended solids from water. The filtration medium consists of multiple
layer of sand having different sizes & specific gravity. We can offer sand
filters in various sizes and material apart from hand operated or fully
automatically. This water treatment plant is used to generate the required
operating pressure in it. The raw water is passed through sand filter at a
pressure of 3.5 kg / cm2 to reduce the suspended solids present in the raw
water.

Our pressure sand filters have the ability of removing up to 30 to 50 micron of
suspended solids to less then 5 ppm. The filter should be washed daily with raw
water for 20 to 30 minutes. Moreover, the cartridge filter is used for the
filtration of partials below 30 to 50 micron. Our pressure sand filters are
being used for the following usage:

Activated Carbon Filter

carbon filters in three series, FR, SS and MS. Our FR series activated carbon
