Water Softening Plant
The presence of Ca & Mg (known as hardness) lead to the formation of scale which in turn results into clogging of pipelines & fixtures, scaling of boiler tubes, Heat Exchangers, etc. This softener contains Cation Exchange Resin which removes cations (positively charged ions) from the water (i.e, reduces this hardness in feed water) & prevent scale formation which in turn ensures optimum heat transfer & efficient performance. It is Used in industry, residential & commercial places to save plumbing (pipes) & equipments from scaling .

Demineralised Water treatment plant is based on Ion Exchange technology. It comprises of minimum two vessels filled with cation and anion exchange resin respectively. It removes 99% of ions present in water and hence reduces TDS / EC by 99%. Available in range of diameters to meet different requirements of flow rate, output and quality. Mixed Bed Plant contains single vessel filled with cation as well as anion exchange resin. This system works as a polisher unit and provides ultra pure water of IP grade. It is used in industry to produce Mineral Free (very low conductivity) ultra pure Water.
Chemical Dosing System
It puts chemicals either online in water stream or wherever outlet of Dosing Pump is provided. It is used to pump Chlorine water, Anti-scalant, pH adjusting chemical and others on regular intervals in the system. We have system to pump the liquid in range of 0.5 LPH to 50 LPH capacity.
Reverse Osmosis System
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification technology that can remove many types of molecules and ions from solutions and is used in both industrial processes and to produce potable water. We provide RO plants of capacity from 25 LPH to 10,000 LPH meeting commercial as well as industrial requirements. It is used in industrial processes as well as to produce potable (drinking) water. Used in waste water treatment also.

Deionized water, also known as demineralized water (DI water, DM water or de-ionized water), is water that had its mineral ions removed, such as cations from sodium, calcium, iron, copper and anions such as chloride and bromide. Deionization or Demineralisation is a physical process which uses specially-manufactured ion exchange resins which bind to and filter out the mineral salts from water. We do have industrial DM water plant of all the sizes. The pressurized vessels are either made of FRP or Mild Steel.

Drinking Water Treatment Plant
Drinking Water treatment Plant describes those industrial-scale processes used to make water more acceptable for a desired end-use. These can include use for drinking water, industry, medical and many other uses. Such processes may be contrasted with small-scale water sterilization practiced by campers and other people in wilderness areas. The goal of all water treatment process is to remove existing contaminants in the water, or reduce the concentration of such contaminants so the water becomes fit for its desired end-use. One such use is returning water that has been used back into the natural environment without adverse ecological impact.
The processes involved in treating water for drinking purpose may be solids separation using physical processes such as settling and filtration, and chemical processes such as disinfection and coagulation. Biological processes are employed in the treatment of waste water and these processes may include, for example, aerated lagoons, activated sludge or slow sand filters.
Activated Carbon Filter
Activated Carbon Filter removes Color, Odour, organic matter, VOC, Chlorine and hundreds of man made chemicals through Adsorption. It contains Activated Carbon (Higher the Iodine Value of Activated Carbon, better the quality) supported by Gravels & Pebbles inside Pressure Vessel Pre-treatment to all type of Water Treatment Plants.

Dual Media Filter
The raw water will have Total Suspended Solids (TSS) and Turbidity in the water which will create Turbidity fouling in Resin of Water Softening Plant and thus reduces the efficiency and life of resin. This filter will consist of Dual Media, i.e., Sand and Antracide which will remove TSS and Turbidity of water. Hence, water will be clear and prevent Turbidity fouling of Resin.
Micro filtration is done through Micron Cartridge (MC) Filter or Bag Filter. It can filter water up to 0.1 micron particle size. It removes Suspended solids completely and reduces Turbidity to <1 NTU

Ultra filtration is pressure driven membrane process technology which filters water up to 0.01 micron size. Typically, It removes high molecular-weight substances, colloidal materials, silt (SDI), and organic as well as inorganic polymeric molecules. It serves as a pre-treatment before RO plant.
