Aquafilsep's Packaged Demineraliser : These are a series of standard package two step demineraliser, which are based on latest technique of Computer Current Regeneration (CCR), ranging from 100LPH to 6 m3 /hr to serve varied industries.
 
Aqua -DM -PAC- series unit : Consists of two FRP pressure vessel, extra strong engineering grade plastic pipes and rugged multi part valve for easy operation. In addition, we also incorporate regeneration tank with ejector, conductivity meter, high grade lon exchange resin in our system to ensure optimum performance at client's end.
 
"Aqua-DM-ID" Industrial Demineraliser : These are available in a full range of sizes and flow rates. These are designed for both counter current or cocurrent regeneration and are offered in ten major configuration, strong & weak cation, strong & weak base Anion, mixed bed exchanger together with CO2 degassifiers, depending on raw water analysis and minimum operating cost.

We offer a wide range of ion exchange resin, which are widely used in different separation, purification and decontamination processes. These ion exchange resin are useful for water softening and water purification.  

• Water softening : To replace the magnesium and calcium ions found in hard water with sodium ions.

• Water purification : To remove poisonous and heavy metal from solution

• Juice purification: To remove bitter tasting components and so improve the flavor

"Aquafilsep's"-Aqua-RO-: This range is suitable for water and waste water treatment, which helps to removes dissolved matter, both ionic and non ionic in one step. Further, our products are ideal for a wide variety of industrial water purification application.
 
"Aqua-RO-BW" Brackish water Systems : This product is designed for feed waters with elevated levels of TDS up to 10,000 PPM standard. Further, our range is useful for any brackish water industrial application from 50 liter per hour to 50m3/hr.
 
"Aqua-RO-SW" Sea Water Ro Systems : Designed to produce potable permeate water and roughing demineralization for industrial application from sea water of up to 45,000 PPM of TDS. These are also supplied with energy recovery systems, the cost effective solution in operation cost. Moreover, our range is suitable for any commercial application from 6m3/day to 600m3/day capacity.
 
"Aqua-RO-Ultrapure" Double – Pass RO Systems : This system is designed to provide 99.99% TDS rejection to yield permeate water and suitable for electronics, semi conductor and pharmaceutical applications. These are especially suited to be used as pretreatment for the "Aqua-EDI" brand electro-deionization systems or traditional "Aqua-DM" lon exchange demineralization equipment when ultra-pure 18 meg-ohm product water is required.

We offer UV water purifiers, which is a process of passing water by a special light source. These UV water purifiers are immersed in water in a protective transparent sleeve, the special light source emits UV waves that can inactivate harmful microorganisms.

“Ultra – Softenizer – PS” Package Softeners : These are small compact units ranging from flow rate of 1 m3/hr to 14 m3/hr and are designed for counter current regeneration system. Our softeners are made from fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) with extra strong engineering grade plastic pipe and rugged multi port valve for easy operation and control.
 
“Aquafilsep's – Softenizer – IS” Industrial Softener : Our industrial softeners are designed for longer operating cycles and low regeneration cost. These are incorporated with process technique of counter current flow regeneration and co-flow regeneration. Further, our plants ranges from 12 m3/hr to 150 m3/hr and are made from mild steel pressure vessels and mild steel pipes.

With our extensive domain expertise, we are designing and developing a wide range of water treatment chemical. Our range of water treatment chemical include:  

Boiler Water Treatment : This are designed to produce substantial operational saving through improved heat transfer, reduced blow down and reduced corrosion in condensate lines. Further, our range reduce downtime and extend production and equipment life.
 
Boiler Fuel Treatment : These additives helps to improve combustion, reduce soot formation and cleans deposits on fireside. Further, our range also increase fuel efficiency and improve heat transfer.
 
Cooling Water Treatment Chemicals : We offer a wide range of corrosion inhibitors, dispersant and biocides, which caters to the requirement of the system. Our synergistic blends give maximum efficiency in terms of reduced corrosion rates, reduced scale inhibition and total biological control. These chemicals facilitates operation at higher cycles of concentration, resulting in reduced chemical costs and increased conservation of water. Further, we also offer special additives for chilling plants and other close circuit waters & for start up and passivation
