Water Softening Plant
  | Our water softening plant uses ion exchange resin that is most commonly used for purifying raw impure water. It is probably the easiest method of removing hardness (i.e. calcium & magnesium) from water and makes the water consumable for domestic as well as industrial purpose. Ion exchange is a process of exchanging undesirable ions for more desirable ions. This plant makes water soft and skin friendly by removing all the impurities and hardness present in the water. The plant is featured with automatic regeneration hence easy to operate and compact in size.

De Mineralize plant
  | We make arrangement of de-mineralize plant as per the specification and requirements of the clients. The plant is used for conditioning water for high pressure boilers and for conditioning various process and rinse water. Its ion exchange system is selected as per the volumes and composition of the raw water being processed. The effluent quality of the plant is required for different uses, the comparative capital and operation cost. In case silica is not required to remove, the system may consist of a hydrogen cation exchanger unit and a weekly basic anion exchanger unit and usually a degasifier. This is done to remove most of the carbon dioxide formed from the bicarbonates by aeration.

Resin & Spares
  | Maleic resins manufactured by us provide performance advantages in overprint varnishes. In comparison to phenolic resins, they dry fast and are lighter in color. Our highly soluble maleic resins also give superior performance in pigment dispersions. They are also used for dry grinding or flushing and used as co-resins in heatset or sheetfed inks.
