Our range of dual media filter is fabricated of premium grade of raw material which are sourced form certified vendors. While manufacturing the filter, we give special attention to the detailed description provided by the client. These precisely designed dual media filters have high dirt removal capacity as the finest sand is used for the filter. There is thick layer of coarse anthracite provided along with these filters. These dual media filters have shown five times more effectiveness in removing dirt than the pressure filters.

We specialize in designing and fabricating iron removal filters which are used for removal of dissolved iron, generally present in the form of lower oxides. The filters are equally effective in removing both oxidised iron and iron in solution. The practical upper limit of iron concentration which can be removed by these filters is 5 ppm. They are also capable in removing small amounts of hydrogen sulfide.

Our highly efficient pressure sand filter is used for the removal of suspended solids & turbidity. The pressure sand filter shows superb performance in removing suspended solids from water. Multiple layer of sand having different sizes & specific gravity is the main component of the filtration medium. Our range is customized in sizes and material being used in manufacturing of sand filters as per the needs of our customers. Apart from it, we can also offer hand operated or fully automatically sand filters. This water filtration plant is used to generate the required operating pressure in it. The impure water is passed through pressure sand filter at a pressure of 3.5 kg/cm2. It reduces the suspended solids that are present in the raw water. This filter can remove up to 30 to 50 micron of suspended solids to less than 5 ppm. The filter should be washed daily with raw water for 20 to 30 minutes for long lasting performance. The cartridge filter is used for the filtration of particles below 30 to 50 micron.
