An ironing system designed and manufactured to combine in one machine a new concept of form finisher and a topper. The new form finisher, which is suitable for any man’s and woman’s jacket or coat, vertically stretches the garment, to iron it perfectly, through the movement of the bust. The opening force of the side tensioners is pneumatically adjustable. the collar blade, as well as the front and the rear blade, allows the garment to keep its original shape. By means of a computer the steam, steam with air, and final air times are set to perfectly dry the ironed garment. Nineironing programs can be set and stored, with the option to program the pre-ironing phase and the release of the garment that the end of the cycle in automatic, semi-automatic or manual mode, to satify any requirement.

 

The control system allows to leave out each time the functions which are not needed, and gives the possibility to intervene manually with steam and air to improve the result. The topper is built with the waistband tensioners coming down to make the right settlement of the garment easier, and going up again before the ironing phase, to avoid any steam or air dispersion.

 

The advantage of this system in comparison with other models is that steam and air come from the bottom for the form finisher, and from the top for the topper.

 

Moreover, this is an a ecologically advanced system, because its doors close during the steam and air phase, and a powerful aspirator draws the steam from the inside and leads it outside, leaving the working room free of humidity, which is normally produced by common ironing units.

 

This compact and easy-to-use machine gives superising ironing results without requiring any qualified staff. The system is produced in an autonomous version, with a 18 lt. boiler, or in a version to be connected to steam source.

New machine allowing to really achieve (thanks to special solutions) a high-quality finishing on any garment, from wet or dry shirts and white coats to classical, sports and any other jackets. Besides the typical achievement of form finishers with pneumatic sleeve tensioning, this machine offers the big advantage of tightening the lower part of the garment, tensioning it to keep it perfectly stretched during the finishing process. An ideal system for ironing and rough-hewing jackets, coats, women’s over-coats and dresses of any kind of fabric and size. It can be supplied either with incorporated boiler Mod. M/E. or with a connector for steam source Mod. M. Completely automatic boiler, combustion control free (ISPESL). Adjustable steaming and ventilation times, with a choice of automatic and rear blades to fasten clothes before ironing. The fan air-flow is adjustable and ideal for ironing women’s clothes. Model 447 differs from Model M in its high performance. This high efficiency industrial unit is provided with as 3 Hp. fan with relevant superheating battery, superheating unit for steam at 350°C and three timers which ensure the best programming performances, and with ø 10 mm steam solenoid valve. Model 447 is provided with a mobile dress form with manually operated blades. Mod. 448 has a fixed dress form, adjustable height, front retchers and rear blades which open and close pneumatically. Pneumatic grippers hold sleeves firm and tension is pneumatically regulated. All devices open at end of work cycle.

To satisfy the increasingly urgent needs of industrial pressing, we have built a new finisher which can achieve excellent results. By means of a computer the steam, steam + air, and final air times are set, according to the material (wet or dry) and to its quality. 9 ironing programs can be set, with the possibility to leave out the elements of the machine that are not considered necessary. It is possible to choose between an automatic or manual cycle for the holf, the ironing and the release of the garment. The inside blades tighten garment with an adjustable force and also the shoulder stretches it vertically during the ironing phase, in order to optimize the ironing results. The sleeve tensioners are adjustable in every wished position and can be used for classic jackets, sports jackets or overcoats.

To satisfy the increasing needs of industrial pressing, we have created a special Shirt Finisher which achieves top-quality results. Besides the functions of normal finishers with pneumatic sleeve tensioning, this model which is unique in its kind, is equipped with a carriage which searches the lower edge of shirts and stops as soon as it reaches it, by means of a photocell; then the aspiration phase begins, to tighten the shirt to the bust, enabling the user to position it correctly. The machine can be delivered with standard sleeve clamps, with photocell-controlled closing.

 

They are also available with two joysticks and relevant air cylinders for clamp height adjustment, allowing to remove any crease from the sleeves during the finishing programme. Furthermore, double sleeve clamps are available, to tension short or long sleeves; they reach the required position automatically when a selecting switch is touched. The joysticks enable immediate adjustments, necessary to achieve a superior quality. Once the front part is held by the blade, further device hold the rest of the shirt and tension it on its sides. At the beginning of the finishing process the carriage goes down, dragging the shirt and stretching the side seams. All the holding and tensioning operations are pneumatically adjustable according to the fabric quality. By means of the 482 computer, the steam, steam+air, hot anc cold air times are set, according to the material conditions (wet or dry) and its quality.

 

Nine ironing programmes can be set and stored in the computer according to users different requirements. in case manual mode is chosen, further steam or air can be added at the end of the cycle. Moreover, the piece counter on the control panel enables the operator to evaluate the daily work. At the end of the finishing cycle machine resets and releases the garment, which can be easily removed from the machine in automatic or manual code. In the case of dry shirts (clothing industry), the operator can also run a second machine as soon as the first shirt is positioned; in the case of wet shirts. he can operate a collar and cuff press and touch up the breast pocket or carry out folding operations. Model 485 can only finish wet shirts by means of electric heating.
