| Kerb Laying MachinesM-B-W Inc. U.S.A. manufactures compact slipform paver for kerb laying applications. This machine is suitable for laying median kerbs, kerb and gutters (channel section) and also some wider profiles.

CopperHead XD and X-tream Platform compliment the high speed concrete supply from batching plant and hence can lay 1000 to 5000 sq.mtrs. of concrete floors per day. The CopperHead XD is a self-propelled machine with a dual laser controlled screed head fitted on it. It has petrol engine as a prime mover, a dual grade laser transmitter, two laser receivers on screed board, 3 m screed board and a scrapper. The two laser receivers fitted on the screed board continuously receive the signal from the transmitter. This signal is processed and screed level is adjusted by a fast response hydraulic system. Concrete supplied through a concrete pump or transit mixer is redistributed using PowerRake. PowerRake is useful in maximizing the utility of CopperHead. Furthermore, both these machines are designed for concrete having slump of around 120 mm. The CopperHead is pushed into the concrete. Screed head is then activated and machine is driven back. The scrapper blade removes the excess concrete and screed board vibrates and finishes the concrete. The light weight chassis of the CopperHead enables it to be driven onto mesh, reinforcing bars and even buried pipes. Solid ATV tyres are fitted to the machine which enables it to be used on any surface.
