The process of reverse osmosis systems (RO) is often described as filtration because it is much easier to visualize the process when we use such terms. However, the process is much more complex then that. In reverse osmosis filtration water is passed through 0.0001 micron pore hole with very high pressure so as to eliminate all harmful dissolved salts including bacteria and virus to get water in the purest from. Water coming out of membrane becomes so pure that they become “bad conductor of electricity". There is no limitation for the raw water, which can’t be treated in reverse osmosis process.

With the help of latest technologies, we manufacture a highly functional range of water and air ozonizer. To initiate the entire process, there are two commercial methods for the production of ozone. One is through the use of "UV radiation" by Ultra Violet lamps and the second and commercially used method is "corona discharge" method. In this method, oxygen or dry air is passed through two dielectric electrodes, which force oxygen molecules to separate and attach themselves with another oxygen molecule, creating a temporary ozone molecule.

Three different methods of ozone mixing in water are:

• First and simplest method is through an ozone resistant diffuser dip in the bottom of ozonation tank. Dissolve ozone percentage achieved in this method is only 15 to 30%.
• Second method is by putting an online venctury injector. Dissolve ozone percentage in this process is uncontrolled and highly depends on flow of water.
• Third and best method is through recirculation venctury injector system. In this system we control the ozone dissolution and get percentage of dissolve ozone up to 80%.

Two different methods of ozone mixing in air are:

• First method is putting small air ozonators at different places in the area, to be disinfected having small blowing fans.
• Another method is injecting ozone in Air Handling units
