Aradhya steel wire is working under the able guidance of Mr. IM Aradhya and are directed and supported by Mr. Avinash Aradhya. We have employed a team of expert professionals that efficiently operates the advanced wire drying machine and straight line drawing machine that we have installed at our production unit.

Aradhya Steel has 2 manufacturing plants based in Davangere, Karnataka, India. Davangere is on the National Highway No. 4 from Bangalore to Pune and is located approximately 260 Kilometers North of Bangalore.

Unit 1 was established in 1971 in an area of 5 acres to produce medium and fine wire and wire ropes. At present, 8000 MT/Yr of Wire and 1500 MT/Yr of Rope capacity is available in this location.

Unit 2 was established in 2007 in an area of 25 acres to be a platform for growth for Aradhya Steel. At present, 36000 MT/Yr of Wire Capacity and 300 MT/Yr of strands is available in this location.

Aradhya Steel is an OEM supplier to Tier-2 supplier of parts to the Automotive Industry catering to the majority of the Indian two and four wheeler companies through its customers who manufacture cables, springs and tyres. Customers are located all around India.

The Aradhya family traces back its roots in Davangere, Karnataka, India to over 200 years and currently operates a wide range of activities such as hospitals, education and banking, construction, food processing, concrete pipes and poles.

Aradhya Steel Group was founded in 1971 by Mr. I.M. Aradhya after his engineering along with his brothers with a borrowed start-up capital of Rs. 5000 (~USD 100). The brothers’ first venture was into manufacture of hardware products. Wire manufacturing began as a backward-integrated project from nails and subsequently expanded into high carbon steel wires and wire ropes.

Dead Block Coiler on the wire drawing machines produce wire with excellent cast and helix properties with upto 1 Ton coil weights on formers

Gas Fired Lead Patenting Furnace (with combustion system supplied by ESA, Belgium) with In-line Cleaning and Phosphating with Vertical Drop Coiler Take-Up for coil weights of upto 1 Ton.

Wire Drawing Machines imported from Mario Frigerio, Italy are Straight line drawing machines (with Roto-dies, Pressure Dies & Thin-Wall Drum Cooling) to get superior wire properties of uniform tensile, torsion, ductility & surface.
