Arani Power Systems is an OEM of steam turbines from 5 to 45 MW. Full pledged Research and Development Engineering, Manufacturing, No.Load run test, Quality assurance, supply chain management, Marketing and sales, Errection and Commissioning after sales and service groups are operating from Hyderabad, a Hub of steam turbine technology in India.

Arani Power Supplies Steam turbine-Generator (TG) Packages after performing complete Engineering integration of the systems. Fully assembled turbines are tested at full speed and no. Load with steam to demonstrate the mechanical soundness and dynamical vibrational behavior of the turbine and rotor-bearing System as a whole. The manufacturing shop is having it s own steam boiler and associated systems with spaciously built test-pit and control room facilities.

After no. Load test the turbine is strip opened to demonstrate the mechanical components like rotor, blades, bearings etc.This live demonstration at works itself ensures control over unexpected surprises at site, after erection and during commissioning.

Arani Power supplies are in accordance with international standards to ensure that the customer s requirements are taken in to consideration of design, analysis, manufacturing metallurgy and various other tests on metallurgy of materials, components and turbine as a whole. Turbine: IEC 45, CSN080030, DIN1943, ASMEPTC6, API612, API613, API614, VDI 2056, VDI 2059.
Condenser: HEI, TMEA.
Piping: ASME B31
