Application: Used for automatic surface coating/treatment of metal components in different solutions.

Description: System consists of a semi/fully automatic elevator and various tanks with different solutions, depending on the surface treatment.The metal components are to be loaded onto the barrel of The elevator dips, rotates and soaks the components according to set time periods in the different solutions.The elevator moves the components in 3 directions; vertical, horizontal & rotary to ensure the penetration of the solutions into every corner of the components.The soaking time, number of dipings, rotation are completely programmable by an easy to use control panel.

Application: Online assembly of electronic components, automobile components, food items and other items.

Description: Available in S.S. & Aluminum section frames.Custom designs to suit the line requirements. One design is where the components to be assembled are placed on the moving belt and the assembly is carried out while the belt is moving. Others are where the belt functions intermittently, yet another configuration is where side working tables are provided and the moving belt runs in the middle of the conveyor.  Adeqate lighting arrangements, display boards, side tables,  pneumatic controls, pallet systems, etc can be provided to suit the requirements.

Description: System stores employee uniforms according to their   identifying codes.The employees punch their respective identifying codes into   the system.  The system searches the store for the corresponding uniform   and delivers them to the employee.Automation of laundry and possibility of uniform delivery   direct to employee locker.

Description: The conveyor has extendable arms which can extend inside the vehicle and can load/unload cartons/bags/boxes/crates  from the vehicle.As the vehicle fills up/empties the arms can be retracted/extended. Once the use of the conveyor is over it can be stored in a very small floor space.The conveyor can also assist in palletizing the unloaded material.

Description: Socking/testing of equipments can be done online, on slow . moving conveyor. Power source is supplied to the equipments on the moving conveyor with the help of specially designed power collectors.
