Roller Bearings |
|
We offer wide range of Roller Bearing along with our other quality products. We manufacture these roller bearings using supreme quality raw materials. Our tried and tested technology along with highly qualified engineers helps us produce world class bearings such as Needle roller bearings, Spherical roller bearings, Cylindrical roller bearings, Spherical roller thrust bearings and Taper Roller Bearings among many other bearings. Dimensional accuracy, durability, corrosion and chemical resistance are some of its important attributes.

Needle roller bearings have high length-to diameter ratios. Needle Rollers are rigid and highly accurate. In spite of their low cross section the bearings have a high load carrying capacity & are suitable for applications where the load is high and the radial space is less. Needle rollers are mainly used as bearing rolling elements to transmit torque and reduce friction. Needle roller bearings, which are designed to withstand oscillation can operate under severe conditions and interchange with sliding bearings. They are quite commonly used in automotive, truck, farm and construction equipment and consumer durables. Available with or without an inner ring.

Spherical Roller Bearings
|
Spherical roller bearings are principally provided with two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers and a common sphere raceway in outer ring, the two inner ring raceways are inclined at an angle to the bearing axis. Spherical roller bearings tolerate misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing, and shaft deflections during operation. Spherical roller bearings have a capacity to carry high loads tolerate shocks loads, and are self aligning. As they can tolerate limited speeds, spherical bearings are used in vibrators, shakers, conveyors, speed reducers, transmissions, and other heavy machinery. Spherical bearings are relatively maintenance-free. ARB also offers a comprehensive range of roller bearings ( Brass/ Steel cage as per requirement) & Spherical Plain Bearings.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings
|
Cylindrical roller bearings have high radial capacity and low friction, which permits operation at high speed. These bearings are suitable for applications that involve heavy radial & impact loading. A certain amount of thrust loads may be carried. Cylindrical roller bearings are mainly used in power generation, oilfield, mining , gear boxes, rolling mills, & in machine tools. ARB also produces full complement cylindrical roller bearings. They incorporate maximum number of rollers and low sectional height as compared to width allowing very high load carrying capacity. They are suitable for very high radial loads. The rollers are in direct contact with each other and slide against each other while rolling.

Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings
|
In spherical roller thrust bearings the load is transmitted from one raceway to the other at an angle to the bearing axis. They can accommodate radial loads in addition to the acting axial loads. They are self-aligning making them insensitive to shaft deflection and misalignment of the shaft. Some bearing arrangements have a number of asymmetrical rollers. They can support very heavy axial loads and allow high-speed operation. Spherical roller thrust bearings are self-aligning. They tolerate misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing, and shaft deflections during operation. The permissible misalignment is reduced as the load increases. ARB offers a comprehensive range of Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings.

Tapered roller bearings consist of four basic components including the cone (inner ring), the cup (outer ring), tapered rollers, and a cage (roller retainer). Tapered roller bearings are designed such that their conical rollers and raceways are arranged so that all elements of the roller and raceway cones meet at a common apex on the bearing axis. The rollers are guided by the contact between the large end of the roller and the rib on the inner ring (cone).
This construction provides a high capacity for radial loads, axial loads, and combined loads. The larger the contact angle, the greater the loading capacity becomes. When a pure radial load is placed on the bearing, an induced load in the axial direction is also generated. So, these bearings are generally used in pairs opposing each other. Tapered roller bearings have the inherent advantage of being adjustable and, they can be set to approach optimum performance in almost any application. These are mainly used in Agriculture, Construction machinery, Automobiles, Gear Boxes & Rolling Mills. ARB offers a wide range of roller bearings in a variety of configurations like single row, double row & four row.

A clutch assembly allows the engine and the gearbox to be engaged and disengaged. Releasing pressure does this job and is made possible by the clutch release bearings. They are self aligning bearing types. They are designed to control certain clutch conditions associated with the misalignment of components.
The special design of the clutch release bearings permit maximum speeds at maximum loads. The design has also been proven to have the long life. Anti-rotation feature prevents rotation damage to carrier in constant running applications. It consist of solid steel roll-pin across the bearing fork groove. They are self aligning and accept misaligned loads even where the bearing is tilted away from the engine or transmission centerline. This variable contact design assures a longer life and minimizes noise and vibration. The seal consist of separator and bore liner that excludes contamination and retains grease.
