We are one of the few names to offer mineral magic wall finish. This product is free of any added lead or Mercury and hence is eco-friendly in nature. This product can be applied on all surfaces like, Cement plaster, Plywood, Sandstone, Asbestos, Gypsum and also on Brick and single coat finished plaster. The base ingredient of this product is naturally derived stone particles of different colour. It has a definite edge over the existing finishes, in term of their maintenance cost and the product is superior to conventional finishes.

Some of its attributes, that make them different from others are:

• Easy to apply can be applied with putty knife or with high pressure spray compressor.
• Forms a dry film of approx 1.5mm thickness.
• Can be top coated with Acrylic clear coat or silicon clear coat after 24 hrs of total drying.
• Forms an 100% water repellent surface.
• Hides all hairline cracks and all minor surface undulations.

We are also proud to state that we are one of the few names to offer archi coat 100% acrylic exterior finish. It offers a high performance long lasting exterior finish specially formulated to withstand extreme tropical condition of high rainfall, humidity & heat. It is also blended with high molecular 100% Pure Acrylic Resins, light fast exterior grade pigment.

Application:

• No conventional Primer / Putty are recommended on the exterior surface.
• Interior Cement Primer usage is to be strictly avoided for exteriors. It is to be noted that one should apply 2 coats of finish paint by thinning 1 liter of paint with 400ml for water. Two coats are generally adequate for the purpose. However, in case of newly plastered surfaces, application of a priming coat with 100% dilution by volume followed by 2 coats with 40% dilution by volume is necessary.

We are one of the few names to offer premium trow fine texture finish. This finish has excellent adhesion on almost all the surfaces, and creates a barrier against fluctuating temperatures, making the film, breathable and tough. In addition to this it has excellent resistance to high alkalinity and u. V. Radiation. It has good water repellent properties and also clears all minor surface undulations and hairline cracks.

note: this product is tested and certified by vjti technical institute, mumbai for various parameters. It is also tested by the ministry of public works, government. Centre for testing and laboratories kuwait.

We at Archi Textures, also offer premium roll tex finish. This finish is based on High Molecular Weight Acrylic Co Polymer emulsion with scientific blend of minerals and special additives, and is self curing and eco-friendly. It too has excellent resistance to high alkalinity of cementious substrate. It is most suitable one for old and new cement plasters. Featured with acrylic binder inert organic pigment, it is resistant to U.V. RADIATIONS and creates a barrier against fluctuating temperatures. This product also forms an excellent breathable film that has the unique capability to breathe out entrapped moisture from the surface in form of water vapour. Our Roller Finish is a single coat application at a DFT (Dry film thickness) of apprx.200 to 250 microns thus forming a seamless film on the walls.

We also offer trow large acrylic texture finish that is a superior substitute to conventional paints for the exteriors and interiors. It has the ability to make the substrate rough and tough, and hence protect the surface from seasonal changes. It also provides protection to the RCC steel sections against Ion salt and Chloride attack from the atmosphere. It is to be noted that in case the surface requires repainting after few years; any other finishes can be applied above the textures to give a new look to the building.

This product is tested and certified by VJTI Technical Institute, Mumbai for various parameters. It is also tested by the Ministry of Public works, Government. Centre for testing and Laboratories Kuwait.

We are also one of the few names to offer Dolphur stone heavy duty multicolor wonder spray. This product is eco-friendly as it is free from Lead or Mercury and is very well accepted internationally as heavy-duty finish. It is made from various types of natural & graded aggregates of very high quality procured from reliable sources. It also has excellent adhesion on almost all the surfaces, which creates a barrier against fluctuating temperatures. This makes the film, breathable and tough. Due to tough acrylic/binders inert organic pigment it is also resistant to U.V. Radiation and has excellent water repellent properties. It has the ability to clear all minor surface undulations and fine hairline cracks, and can be used as stone masonry for various patterns as per architects requirements. It act as a superior substitute to conventional paints for the exteriors and interiors making the substrate rough and tough, hence protecting the surface from seasonal changes.

Antique are products par excellence, which incorporates latest standards and advantageous features that an external wall coating should have. They are based on High Molecular Copolymer emulsion.
