ECR Rod
We offer a superior quality range of ECR Rods (Vacuum Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Pultrusion) which is available in the market in 2000, 4000 and 6000mm length. These ECR rods can also be made at any length at options with a tolerance no more than 5mm. Our range of product is manufactured through continuous pulling, mounding, heating and solidifying from alkali free synthesized before-plying-treated glass roving merged in epoxy and polyester compound gum. The size of the insulating rod ranges from ¦µ8-¦µ90mm.
Apperance: no bonding wire at the surface, any internal cracks and scars. The color unevenness on the surface and small amount of accumulated gum is allowable
The core rod shall bare the machinery processing like sawing, drilling, milling and lathing
