Our range comprises filtration plant – single stage enclosed mobile, portable oil filtration plant – single stage open portable and transformer oil filtration plant – two stage enclosed mobile. Designed in line with international quality standards, these plants are suitable for all types of electrical insulating oils. Plants are available in different types of constructions such as open & enclosed models, stationery, portable & mobile models, with single & double stage degassing, dehydration system.
We have standard high-vacuum filtration and dehydration plants to remove moisture (free as well as dissolved), dirt, gases, and oxidation products from mineral-based, synthetic and silicon oils. These systems have in flow rates ranging between 300 LPH to 12000 LPH and can be custom built as per customer’s specific requirement. Plants comprising heating, filtration and vacuum system, works on low temperature and high vacuum principle. The heating system aids the filtration and moisture removal, while the filtration systems remove suspended particles down to 1 micron such as rust, dirt, scales and colloidal carbon. The vacuum systems assist in removing moisture (emulsified as well as dissolved) down to < 5 – 10 ppm depending on the working vacuum of the plant.

The varnishing quality mainly depends on the insulating & mechanical properties of varnish and proper filling of gaps & voids.
