Oil Filtration & Dehydration Plant |
 |
We manufacture perfectly fabricated oil filtration plants. These plants are designed to give utmost efficiency and accuracy in work. Our oil filtration plants help in increasing the productivity of the customers. These are made from mild steel are extensively used for filtering the engine oil. This plant is mobile as it is mounted on castor wheels and is most suitable for conditioning of hydraulic and turbine oil. Our oil filtration and dehydration plants are used for removing impurities such as colloidal carbon, dust, rust, scales, moisture and volatile matter. - Oil Transfer And Circulation System:
The plant has two pumps for oil transfer and circulation and are positive displacement gear type. This plant also valves and piping 0for easy operation and maintenance.
- Heating System:
There are band type heaters on the outer walls of the sprague chamber, from which the oil flows from the inner wall. These heater have the capacity to raise the oil temperature by 5 degrees.
- Filtration System:
The plant has a 3-stage filtration system that comprises of a pre-filter, sprague and fine filter. It also has a compound gauge that indicates dirt accumulation of dust in the fine filter.
- Degassing Chamber And Vacuum System:
The oil dispersed while passing through fine filter is sprayed on reaching ring tray to have an exposure of oil film to vacuum this increases the moisture removal rate. Degassing chamber will be evacuated with rotary oil sealed vacuum pump, moisture trap, valves etc.
- The plant also has a centralized control panel, gauges and instruments to ensure easy and fool proof operation of the plant.

Transformer Oil Filtration & Dehydration Plant |
 |
We have the necessary expertise to develop and install transformer oil filtration and dehydration system that has optional ionic reaction column for acidity removal, transformer evacuation system and oil testing equipment for BDV, moisture content, gas content, acidity etc. These are suitable for all types of electrical insulating oils. Our vacuum filtration and dehydration plants are used for removing water, gases, dirt and oxidisation products from mineral based synthetic, silicone oils and others. These are available in different flow rates ranging from 300 LPH to 8000 LPH and can be customized with more flow rates. Insulating oil filtration and dehydration plants/purifiers are available for: - Transformer and capacitor manufacturers: Skidded plants for preparation of new oils prior to apparatus filling and impregnation.
- Transformer repairers: Complete plants for preparation of new oils and reclamation of used oils for reuse. We can provide the purification system you need as well as vacuum storage tanks and transformer filling and emptying/pumping station.
- Transformer owners: portable plants are available in a variety of trailer-types and sizes to allow on-site servicing of transformer oil right in the substation. Trailers are available with a wide variety of options including laboratory space, oil-testing equipment. Plants are designed for drying out of the transformer insulation and oil filling and impregnation under vacuum. Hot oil circulation and hot oil spray methods can also be used.

Varnishing Machines |
 |
The range of our varnishing machine can be categorized into two parts. These depend on the methods that are involved in varnishing. The two machines include: - Trickle Varnishing Machine
- Vacuum Pressure impregnation plant.
With the aid of our varnishing machines it is possible to varnish all types of winding parts like stators, rotors, coils, transformer stack windings, small electronics transformers and many more such items.

Trickle Varnishing Machines |
 |
The trickle impregnation technique improves the varnishing quality coupled with reduced cost. The technique has been well accepted and used for impregnating stators/fields and armatures/rotors in all the advanced countries. It is available in the following types: - Multi Spindle Trickle Impregnation Plant (Batch type) which is ideal for stators of A. C. motors. The quantity of the spindles can be decided depending on the production rate.
- Multi Spindle Rotary Indexing Type Trickle Plant which is ideal for medium size stators and rotors. For e.g. armature and field coils of hand tools, auto electrical, household appliances etc. They have a high production rate of 60 to 120 jobs per hour.
- Conveyorized Trickle Impregnation Plant is similar to index type and is suitable for large output of impregnated small and medium sized components. This plant is generally installed in a conveyor production line of components.
Advantages:Short cycle timeLow energy costsTrickle impregnation cycle times are substantially low

Oil Cleaning Systems |
 |
The oil cleaning systems are customized to suit the specific requirements of the customer and are generally rated for filtration of 1, 3 and 5 micron and dehydration up to 20, 50 and 200 ppm. These are portable mounted on castor wheels and are apt for on line oil cleaning. They can also be permanently fitted on the oil tank to be used for continuous removal of contaminants and maintaining the quality of oil. The plants are used for removing moisture and do not require any attendant during the filtration process.

Vacuum Impregnation |
 |
The Vacuum / Pressure Impregnation Plant is designed for varnish impregnation to be carried out in following steps :
Pre-heating the jobs in either Impregnation Chamber or in Oven
Evacuation of Impregnation Chamber (after putting the jobs) to make the voids in the jobs clear and drying of jobs for specific time & required temperature / vacuum.
Induction of impregnant (Varnish) in the Impregnation Chamber from impregnant Tank to submerge the jobs in it.
Pressurize the Impregnation Chamber with dry air or nitrogen to fill the voids with Impregnant.
Return the varnish to Impregnant Tank.
Cure the jobs either in Impregnation Chamber or in Oven for specific time if time available is less.

Transformer Oil Regeneration Reclamation Plant |
 |
In our oil regeneration and reclamation plant the oil is reclaimed by heating, filtration, free moisture removal by coalescer filters, activated fuller's earth treatment and vacuum dehydration. The plant consists of mainly two sections: - Fuller's earth treatment plant with free moisture separation facility
- Oil filtration and dehydration plant
Procedure- The oil is taken into the raw oil storage tank with the help of vacuum and allowed to settle in the tank and dirt, free water (if any) is drained out. The oil is then sucked with the inlet pump and heated by passing through heater tank and then passed through sprague and coalescer filter to separate coarse contaminants and free moisture present in the oil.
- After removing the free moisture, oil is passed through the activated fuller's earth tank to remove acids and impurities such as breakdown products arising in the use of oil. Fuller's earth is used before vacuum treatment to provide cleaner feed and to give an oil final polish.
- The oil is then passed through the fine filter and vacuum degassing and dehydration chamber to remove the maximum moisture and other contaminants to achieve required oil quality/parameters.
