These are designed to specifically meet the pulverizing requirements of raw spices. Further, as motors are attached to the machines, these can also run without the need of foundation. Moreover, its precision functioning also ensures that spices do not change color or heat up.

We offer our customers pulverizer machine (gravy) for making of gravy. Available with single or three phase motors, these are made of superior grade stainless steel body. Available with 4 jalis, these can deliver output from 70 Kg to 500 Kg on a per hour basis. Some of the pulverizing applications these are used in include tomato, garlic, ginger, onion gravy, sauce, juice, spicy masala crushing, red and green chilli chatni.

We offer to our customer’s impact pulverizers for processing of minerals that come in grinding capacity from 100 to 300 mesh sizes. These are also fitted with 8 beaters (Hammer) fitted in 10 to 125 H. P. machines with 8, 16, 24, beaters fitted in big machines. Further, the air circulation support provided by automatic blower also helps in collecting flow in cyclone tank, thus making mesh an optional requirement.

Features:

• Mesh is not required in impact pulverizers
• Used to grind fine turmeric powder of products like flour ( Maida)

Delivery Details:

• For delivery, 30 % of the deposit amount should be paid along with order of machine within 1 or 2 weeks
